This hotel was in a great location - very close to the train station and just a short walk from the Holstentor. I was in a single room, which was small but comfortable. There was very good storage space in an armoire and in the bathroom, and a the room also had desk. I especially loved that the room I was in had a balcony (there are rooms on the street side that don't) and a full length mirror. The front desk staff were friendly and provided a few good tips for what to see in the city. I would gladly stay here again!

The hotel is in a great location. You have all the trains and buses at your door step but can also walk to the old city very easily. The extended hours supermarket in the train station is super convenient. Our room was very clean and ample for three and the balcony was fantastic. We sure enjoyed sitting there with a view of the Marienkirche. Breakfast was very good.

There is no reception after 19:30. We arrived on a later train and were messaged but it was on the same day and did not get the message in time. The staff was clever and left us instructions on the door so everything worked out. Nonetheless it was a bit of a stressful thing. A message a couple of days prior would have helped a lot.

Don't let the location so near to the main railway & bus stations put you off. This is a haven of calm. I visited with my daughter, and we had two single rooms, both looking out onto the back of the building. Mine even had a small balcony to sit out on. The staff were wonderful; fully engaged with us as customers at all times, and, as a person whose German needs some improvement, I was thankful that they all spoke English fluently. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and when we enquired whether they could provide gluten-free bread at breakfast, it was no problem; gluten-free rolls appeared on our table the following morning. We were never troubled by noise throughout our stay. The hotel's not posh, but it's clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our two nights in Lübeck - a city that you shouldn't miss out on anyway.

Nothing, it met all our needs.

The location was great: right near the station and an easy walk into town. But despite this, it was really quiet, even with the bedroom window open all night. When it threatened to get really hot, every room received an electric fan. Our reception at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. We could park the car in a lock-up garage and leave it there for the duration of our stay, free of charge.

Absolutely nothing

Very good location - next to the old town and all the museums and restaurants, the rooms are also clean and comfortable and excellent breakfast.

The staff could have been kinder - I had ordered a room for 2 people, my roommate arrived earlier than planned and couldn't get into the room because the receptionist didn't trust her, she didn't let her stay at the hotel while waiting for me about 4 hours...

Staff great, breakfast is good, room clean. The view is good (I had a single room with the view to the yard ant the old town). Although it was close to station, region was save.

The walls are thick, so in case of bad neighbours, you will here them. It wasn't my case, stayed there for two nights on the weekend and everything was good and quite.

Excellent location, within easy walking distance of the Altstadt as well as the Hauptbahnhof and the Flixbus station. We requested (and received) a room facing the backyard; it was quiet and peaceful despite the hotel's location in the city center. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. We recommend this hotel strongly and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Excellent location, just a few minutes by foot from the train station, but close enough to the old city center as well. Very comfortable accommodations, perfect for a family. Our balcony faced the inner courtyard so we had a pleasant and quiet night of sleep. The bathroom has been renovated. It is very bright and comfortable, with good lighting and air circulation. Friendly and helpful reception employees.

Juliana at the front desk was super nice and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located, just across from the train station and a 5 minute walk from the city centre. The rooms were impeccable and newly renovated. The breakfast was very nice too. I would certainly go back.

Super nice location, not 10 minutes walking distance from the "old town" and supermarket close by, with easy parking (plus the parking with electric charger!). Personnel was very nice at the arrival. The room for the family was big, super clean, nicely organized, comfortable beds, and opening to the internal garden. Bathroom modern, clean and functional. So, perfect for a visit to Lubeck with the small kids.

There could be a small fridge in the room.
