Nice old stylish building, very large room with large balcony, large bathroom. Separate toilet with bidet and sink, which is not always the case in hotels in northern Europe. Excellent bed, solid furniture, very quiet room. Parking in front of the hotel. A nice 5-minute stroll to the beautiful city center.

A bit old-fashioned carpets and furnishings although they are clean and well maintained; cheap dispenser for shampo/body/hand wash 3-in- one. Just one coffee machine in the large breakfast room.

It's a very nice hotel located just a few minutes walk from the Altstadt and hence the location is very good. My room was a good size and the breakfast buffet was good and varied. The breakfast room was big with plenty of space which was pleasant. The hotel is a bit altmodisch but in a charming way. Parking was easy at the office building just across the road which is possible at least in weekends.

The rooms were not soundproof and the cleaning personnel started their work just before 9 in the morning so don't expect a long lie in.

Kaiserhof was great - it's an old-fashioned venue and the dining room looks historic, but I enjoyed everything about the hotel. For people who are expecting something else, maybe it's disappointing, but I had no criticisms. The suite was clean and spacious and my family had a good time. The locaiton is good and allows a 10 minute walk to the center of town and many restaurants located nearby.

Mild criticism: the evening restaurant and bar were not operational, but this is a minor issue.

We booked double bedroom room and it was perfect for us (2 adults and a 3 years old kid). The rooms were really big and we had also two bathrooms, one with bathtub and shower. The hotel has a free parking space on the street but if you can't find a free spot there are plenty of free parking spots all around (during the weekend). The position is perfect, 15 minutes walk from the city center.

The hotel seems a bit old and probably should be renewed a bit (old furnitures i.e.). The jacuzzi we had in our room was not working but that was not a great issue. A pain point for me was the lack of pillow choice (just one per person and very thin and soft) and the curtains don't really protect from the early sunset.

Huge very comfortable room. Extra large bed. Lovely , kind, and helpful receptionist. Location, 5 min walk to Lubeck Old Town. We found free parking on a road behind the hotel. Old hotel with character.

Kettle and fridge would be useful in the room. It's probably best not to rely upon a check in after 10.30pm.

Nice room with plenty of space and the double bed was big and very comfortable. Very close to Lübeck old town and walking to everything was easy. Despite being in a room facing the road there was hardly any noice from traffic and we heard nothing from adjoining rooms - very quiet. The breakfast buffet was good and the staff very friendly and accomodating. Recommended - would book again if price is right next time we go to Lübeck.

It's possible to get a pot of coffee but the first morning we stayed the person in charge was not very organized and we had to wait quite a while for our coffee and ended up opting for the coffee machine where there was a waiting line all morning.

The breakfast was excellent, the staff found oat milk & free from bread for my wife. The staff were very helpful The location, though several km from Lubeck old town was ok We were advised of an excellent fish restaurant, only 400 m away

The room could have done with ventilation There was no fridge in the room More storage space for cloths would have been appreciated The hot water in the shower took a long time to come through Unfortunately due to staffing issues there was no bar

Free wifi, nice location, not central but not far from view lovely dining places. Near park, rather quiet, breakfast is decent but not for the real early birds (starting 07:30).

Parking space in front of hotel is minimal. There are places nearby. Breakfast starts 'late' (07:30). If one have early appointments, could be a problem.

The room and bathroom was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly.

A fire alarm woke us up at 2 o'clock but we never really got any explanation what that was about or apologies. Parking space is quite limited, hence we had to park on the street. We haven't tried the breakfast as it was quite pricey.

Really nice hotel. Our family room was very spacious for two adults and two kids. Great location, comfortable beds, very nice personnel.

We chose the breakfast option but in our opinion it was a bit overpriced for the variety of the food.
