We stayed in a residence less than 5-minute walk away from the main building. It's easy to find and has free parking. We enjoyed access to the swimming pool and spa in the main building. It's on the outskirts of the city but can easily commute to the downtown by bus. Supermarkets and a cafe are within a walking distance. The apartment itself was quite spacious with a well-equipped mini kitchenette (induction stove, fridge, tap). Lots of space to store clothes, food, personal items. Beds were comfy. Bathroom was also quite spacious and a radio in the bathroom was fun. Good to have a dedicated work desk/table. Enjoyed a balcony facing the backyard. Overall, very much recommended.

Housekeeping is once a week only. Trash accumulates & is hard to dispose of. Shower gel/shampoo wasn't refilled during housekeeping, but it was very low quality and the dispenser didn't work properly anyway - so we had to buy our own.

The facilities were amazing. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Good indoor pool and spa. Large free parking outside. We got a room upgrade on arrival and the new room was huge and modern

Toilet light with automatic motion detector is not practical at night because the light stays on for some minutes. In the restaurant we asked a burger without some ingredients and they didn't follow it. They could make the underground parking free for the guests as well because when we arrived the first night the outside parking was full so we had to leave the car on the underground parking.

The room was very spacious. The breakfast was decent with many options to choose from. The swimming pool was clean and nice and it was opened for a long time during the day.

The room was in a different building than the pool. Even if the building is close by, it is not very comfortable to walk with a child outside after going to the swimming pool, especially when there is bad weather. The location is not ideal if you don't have a car. It is far away from Mainz.

Room was of an adequate size for 2 people. It was clean and had all the necessary equipment one would expect from a hotel. The facilities were exceptional for a business hotel. The spa area had all the features you would need, swimming pool (open from 6:30, but water was a bit on the cold side), sauna & steam room (although these are only open from 16:30). Clean towels are provided free of charge.

One of the pillows on the bed was uncomfortable. (Too hard). I will say that we did not check if the room had an alternative (too tired to check). Although we ate in the bar lounge we did of course check the restaurant menu. This was very well presented and one could easily find something to suit your dietary requirements, the down side was the wine price. Remember, the hotel is situated in a wine growing area with a multitude of wine growers nearby, the excessive pricing per bottle does not reflect the choices that the region can supply.

Super comfortable room, clean and modern. The garden surrounding the hotel blends well. We were flying out of Frankfurt the next day and its well located for a short easy drive to the airport, we also explored Mainz for 2 hours, only a 10 minute drive from the hotel

It is a little expensive, but i suspect the majority of customers are on business, so have corporate deals or not so focused on value

Nice Decor, great spa facilities and lovely staff. The late night room service was also fairly priced and had some good options considering it was late at night. There was also a little libraryin the room and a hdmi socket for the tv.

the room wall was thin with our neighbour and we could hear them talk very clearly. Luckily they were quiet during the night but the noise from the neighbours bedroom woke us up early.

Spacious room/apartment; *very* quiet; friendly staff; cleanliness; nice pool/sauna area (though the water in the pool was way too cold for my taste)

Beds aren't the best; very rudimentary stock of mugs/coffee/milk (e.g. no silverware, creamer for coffee was not restocked, cosmetic tissue in the bathroom empty)

We were in the apartments across the road from the hotel it was spacious and equipped with everything you needed. Breakfast was very good. Pool a great size for a hotel.

The room smelled like stale cigarettes and after 4 days it permeated into my coats that were hanging outside of the wardrobe.

Beautiful design , pool that is working till 22.00, very good breakfast, nice staff , good location. Hotel is not in the center but 10 minutes with the car or direct bus

in our part of the building there was no lift, thus it is not suitable for people with limited activity, Beds and pillows were not comfortable Air condition is not regulated

Second time staying at Atrium Hotel and I will be back. The location is perfect for being outside the city, but close enough to be able to still explore. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are beautiful. I love the extra detail of the little libraries in each room. The staff is also very accommodating and kind.
