The location was great and they had onsite parking for a fee. Easily walkable to the old town. Staff were generally very pleasant and helpful, though for some speaking English was a struggle including front desk staff. Though for me it was no problem at all.

Unfortunately the air conditioning system didn’t work. My room never got below 25 degrees Celsius despite having the air conditioning set to 10c. It made sleeping very difficult. Additionally the bed was very small and quite hard. Though I knew the bed should be twin sized it felt even smaller than that. But for me the greatest problem was hardness of the mattress. Finally the breakfast was pretty sparse in selection. One of the days of my stay there was nothing hot for breakfast. While that is fine in general, the price difference during booking for having breakfast wasn’t worth what was provided.

Loved the room, cool, fresh decor and smart solutions. Excellent bathroom. Very quiet. Fantastic beds. A short stroll into the old town, crossing the Elbe river on the way, getting fantastic views of the castle. Very useful having the railway station across the street, we chose to stay here for 3 nights and just go for a day trip to Dresden, which worked out very well (30 min. train ride). Hassle free parking behind the hotel, price was ok.

The breakfast was okay, although nothing special. The beds are really excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The few parking spaces in the courtyard are quickly taken, and then it is difficult to find a usable parking space.

Some rooms (those towards the back) are a bit cramped in the entrance area. This can be a bit annoying. But you don't have to go in and out that often with all your luggage, do you?

Pleasant stay and personal, we got a parking spot for our motorcycle without any problems. Our room was pretty big, comfortable, so fresh, and well-furnished. Many lighting options were available, sockets next to the bed, conditioning system worked well. First time in the last 3 trips TV remote was in a suit (it's pretty comfortable to watch TV without asking about it in reception). The bathroom facilities worked so well, we even consider a few solutions for our apartment. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was included. We would definitely stay there again on our next trips!

Would be nice to have a kettle in suit. Maybe breakfast could include some egg dishes.

What I loved was that the hotel is right across the street from the Meißen DB station. So convenient!!! Also, the hotel and rooms are kept very clean.

There wasn’t much of a breakfast. Meats cheeses bread and 3 - 4 cereals except on Sunday when they also had hard boiled eggs and yogurt. Coffee cost me extra even though I had breakfast included in the room rate. Also, the elevator was not working when I was there. The staff were helpful to carry my luggage upstairs when I arrived and again down when I left, but I still had 4 sets of stairs to get to and from my room every time I went somewhere. I have had two knee surgeries and have nerve damage in one foot which made the stairs uncomfortable.

The staff was very friendly, breakfast was excellent, and the location was perfect. Wonderful beds.

Although we could get coffee between 8 am and 6 pm at the reception, I would have preferred to make coffee/tea in my room as we get up early and a tea or hot chocolate later in the evening would have been great. Maybe a facility somewhere in the hotel where all guests can make something to drink when the staff is not there would be great.

That the hotel reception closes at 5.00 pm. If you want something to drink or need anything, nobody is there.

Good location, quiet hotel and friendly staff. Everything was very clean.

Although the breakfast was abundant, I missed fruit and some vegan dairy options.

The parking didn't seem secure given that the front of the building appears unkept.
