Location absolutely perfect.

Temperature for air conditioning is not controlled by occupants, who have control in room only for fan speed. Desk staff says there is a master control for cooling that kicks in only when temperature (read somewhere) hits 20 degree Celsius. Americans may find this arrangement makes for a somewhat "stuffy" room. We opened windows to get some air flow, although that admitted the noise from the plaza below... both the late-night revelry and the early morning janitorial activity. But being on the sixth floor, the noise was not unacceptable... and perhaps even a bit "colorful" for the overall experience of our stay. In sum: Townhouse is an excellent accommodation. It would be my first choice should I ever return to Dresden.

The location is perfect, you basically stay in the middle of the old town. Garage with elevator access straight to the hotel is a nice addition. Although to get to it you need a room card, so first time you have to take stairs. Of course it is costly, since it is right under the old part of the city. There are cheaper alternatives, just ask hotel staff. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was tasty and there was a huge variety of dishes and snacks to pick from.

While everything in the room was working fine and it was clean it was clear that it has been some time since the last renovation, especially considering some of the furniture. While lobby was making an impression, when entered, room was more like „meh”. Lack of sockets in the room. There was only one next to the bed, occupied with the lamp. Lack of those next to the desk (there was one hidden in the floor, but plugging anything in was uncomfortable). Lack of towel hooks in the bathroom. There was one next to the shower but it wasn’t enough. Mind that because of the superb location it can get noisy, although windows are quite good with isolating sound. Some poor sleepers might have hard time getting rest.

My husband and I do not usually eat breakfast so I can only judge from what I saw when I had a coffee on the day we were leaving. The buffet looked sumptuous—many choices were available, and the restaurant itself was very comfortable. Wonderful views through the large windows and tables spaced comfortably apart. A very relaxing and friendly place to have breakfast. The room we stayed in was large and filled with light with a very nice view of the transportation museum. The staff was so friendly and generous with their time. Any request was granted immediately—directions, newspapers, taxis, restaurants, whatever! I can’t praise the staff highly enough! And the room—lots of space to put clothing, great internet, very comfortable bed. Again, I can’t praise highly enough.

There is nothing I did not like. I will stay here again anytime I’m visiting someplace where there is a Townhouse property. Everything about the place is perfect!

The location was just perfect, exactly on the main square, but still quiet. The hotel didn't have its own parking lot, but local QPark had a separate entrance directly to the hotel elevator and stairs, which was extremely comfortable. The room was quite spacious, light and very quiet, neat and tidy.

I find it odd, that there is no complimentary coffee or tea in the room, no coffee machine or kettle. If you want tea you should purchase access separately for the lounge area. Breakfast was fine, except for the sweet stuff we ordered from the menu, the pancakes seemed to be a couple of days old.

Large modern room. It is very convenient to the Christmas markets right out the front door and many historical buildings and sites. The staff was incredible and met our every need with grace and concern. The blackout curtains were welcomed, and the hot, powerful shower and comfortable bed was needed to help us get back to full health. BEST bed of our trip so far. It was a very quiet location at night.

Towel bar not functional. Some lights were out. Lack of internet capabilities on TV. We wish there had been USB charging capabilities in the room. And coffee in the room.

Very accessible and right in the midst of things- except during Christmas market Season. Taxis can’t come to the door, but the market is right outside the front door. A perk. The rooms are massively big for Europe and super clean. Even have a bidet in the bathroom. Our room had a bathtub. Very posh. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful.

How many perfumed people floated around in the place. Not the Hotel’s fault, but if you have allergies it’s a chore. Also, the breakfast buffet was not good enough for a person with celiac disease. The buns they delivered were despicable form of a ball of dough. I couldn’t eat it and I paid €25 for very little I could eat. Overall a great buffet, but not for people with multiple allergies and celiac disease.

The hotel is located in a perfect area and close to many tourist spots. And it is also nice just to walk in the neighbourhood. There are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets. The hotel is modern and looks very good from inside. Our room was enough for two people and spacious. There are almost everything you might need for the short stay: big comfortable bed, a table, TV, a mini-bar, bathroom). The room was clean. There is a very nice gym with a lot of different equipment, a cocktail-bar and a restaurant for breakfast. It was quiet during the night. The hotel personnel is very friendly and ready to help. We arrived to Dresden Hauptbahnhof and walked around 25 minutes.

The breakfast could have more options for it's price. There were a few options of muesli, salami and cheese. Some fruits, bread rolls etc. One could also order(it is included in price) one dish with eggs. I am not a big fun of muesli so it was a bit of disappointment that there were not so many things left which I could try out. From one side, everything was fresh and tasty. From another, it feels like 28 euro is a little too much for such breakfast. If we stayed longer we would have definitely checked out other places for breakfast.

Amazing place to stay if you like to be in the middle of the city centre, beautiful architecture and amazing staff! Excellent breakfast!

Difficult to find the place especially if you are driving, hotel is in the square where you can't really drive in, head towards Q carpark in the area of the hotel and try to find -1 or -2 level "Orange" car park, very poor signage and it was not easy to navigate.

It was directly at the new market and in the center. And the room is spacious and comfortable. The communication was great in for hand. We had a dog with us and she got a bed and bowl. I would come back for sure.

Driving in the QParking was not working and the hotel can not help if you are have trouble. Breakfast is a little expensive for a person like me, who can not eat so much in the morning. Small alternative would be nice.

Besides the excellent location, the hotel is super dog-friendly. They offered comfortable and clean dog beds and sets for water and food. We were even upgraded to a better and much bigger room so the dogs could have more space. My wife, me, and the dogs had a fantastic stay.

I missed more power outlets near the bed. Had to unplug a lamp to plug my phone charger.
