The environment of the hotel was really nice. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and quite big. Münster is still kind of a nice place in Germany, however their tragic illegal migration situation. (But unfortunately, this can be seen already here as well)

The bed was tooo soft, therefore a bit uncomfortable, but it is a subjective thing. The biggest problem is that the walls are thin as a paper. I could hear my neighbour's snorring. It is not a nice way to rest.

breakfast was very good, lots of choice and very fresh produce in a very pleasant breakfast room, the staff were very friendly

the front door opens directly onto a passage for cars leading to the parking area at the back. Cars drive down this path at speed. Once as we came out of the front door we were lucky not to be 'mowed down' by a car driving through at speed (which I think was a local resident, as she was using a garage at the back)

Good location, quiet, free parking on site. Nice staff, nice bedroom.

Not a complaint as hotel is good, but tea/coffee making facilities in bedroom and plug sockets by bed would be useful. Also maybe more hot food choices in breakfast buffet.

Good stopover on our trip from Denmark to Calais. Staff friendly and a great breakfast selection.

My mattress was a bit soft on the left hand side, it had a sort of ridge when getting on and off, but I still slept well. Bed by the window in room 35

Didn't think breakfast was as amazing as per previous reviews. No eggs of any kind. Would have expected fresh bread/rolls.

The Room was clean, the Wifi was good, the Breakfast was super, The Staff was very freindly and helpful. The location is lively bit far from the centre of Munster But very well connected and numerous buses are plying throughout the day. Even whole night every 30 minutes there was a bus from Munster centre. Would love to come again.

Please put a small table fan in the cupboard during summer time, so that the guest can use if they like!

Bright, light and airy room - lots of space in room and bathroom. Staff very helpful

On a main road, traffic noise in the morning, didn’t worry us as 1 night stopover. Towels lovely and clean but very rough.

The staff were more than helpful. The room was large and clean. We were able to store bikes securely.
