This is a quiet small hotel right by the bridge over the canal. It is well connected to cycling routes, and to Muenster with the railway a short walk over the bridge. The rooms were quite large and comfortable, and the one we were in had a fridge and a well stocked mini-bar! Everywhere was very clean and bright. The Hotel has its own restaurant, which when we were there was serving snack meals, such as goulash soup and Frikadellen, and a comfortable bar. There is a lift to the rooms. The breakfast was very good, with some dairy free options for me, which was great. We had a very relaxing short stay at the hotel

The room we had onthe top floor was beautiful, but got rather hot, even with the windows open, though the weather was extreme. It was really tranquil being by the canal and watching the traffic on the water.

We were a long way fronm Munster centre, but easily got there by bus.

The location was great and suited our needs. It was lovely to relax after a long ride with a lovely view of the canal, and drinks and food at hand.

Major road works near by.

Everything was excellent

I wrote the Hotel that I will arrive their hotel nearly midnight. A Lady from the Hotel was kind enough to call my handphone from Germany to Thailand to tell me how to get the key at such late night. I'm so appreciate her assistance.

Everything is very outdated for the rate we paid, beds need a desperate upgrade

Beds uncomfortable, pillows need replacing, Food including coffee was very poor. Snacks for dinner came from the local supermarket… breakfast… I left alone. Grumbles were heard from other tables. This property has huge potential and it’s very under utilised. The photos on booking.com are the great. Shame. Can’t say I’d ever return…

Really no redeaming qualities to this hotel.

On the photos it might look like a decent hotel with large rooms, nice restaurant and ofcource breakfast included. But don't be fooled. We payed more than €150,- to stay in the smallest hotel room we ever stayed in. The carpet is stained, there are cracks in the walls, the curtains are see-through so when the sun rises, so will you. (See attached photos) The restaurant doesn't serve dinner, snacks only. The included breakfast is basic and minimal with stale bread and a couple of sliced cheeses and meats. It was a waste of money, for a couple of Euros more you can stay in a premium hotel in Munster city, which is what I would recommend anyone who reads this review.
