Excellent, quiet location just outside of Munster. Warm, helpful staff throughout stay. Pretty surrounding grounds for exploring. Bountiful breakfast. My husband was sick after traveling to Germany from the US. The staff was so helpful with providing options to help him. They even brought up broth, bread, and tea to our room for him.

The shower leaked lots of water onto the floor each time.

Great location, and the staff are extremely welcoming. We had a very comfortable room with space to relax, great view, fluffy pillows and a good bathroom. We have stayed here before and returned as it had been such a relaxing and pleasurable stay. It was the same this time too. Also, the breakfast was good with plenty of choice and a very attentive lady looking after us.

I struggle to think what I didn't like.

The breakfast was extremely good. The usual buffet breakfast available but well set out and presented. For the first time with a buffet breakfast, the boiled eggs were soft boiled with a perfect runny yolk. The decor, surroundings and furniture was beautiful and so clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. There was ample car parking and free of charge. There was a bus stop at the end of the drive which takes you straight into the city centre.

There is no lift, but we were told about that in the hotel details. There was nothing else to complain about. All was exceptional.

Excellent breakfast, very polite and friendly staff, great restaurant, overall a pleasant stay in a beautiful, spacious quiet apartment...yes, it is a castle! Elegant building surrounded by water, green meadows and trees as far as the eye can see - it was a joy to be there! We hope to return soon!

Near a busy road that can be heard when outside, pillows too soft, shower drained very slowly, shower head needed to be replaced, hard to find correct parking lot via Google maps, no dinner reservations available as they also serve non-hotel guests, desk in room too small to use for working, no place to walk in nature

Location off the motorway (autobahn) was excellent the parking was great and the room was a very good size. The bathroom was good and the bed ok. Restaurant was good. The breakfast was included and truly excellent.

The room was quite hot and the duvet not too good - heavy. The shower screen along the bath was not too great.

Very nice hotel in with very nice surroundings. Good breakfast. There is a very nice restaurant in the hotel which offered me to join for dinner, despite my late arrival.

Old castle with view of golf course and moat. Walking around the property and loved the castle. Very unique.

No elevator, but understandable. Could hear traffic when outside.

Lovely hotel on beautiful grounds. Very quiet, but close to Munster centre. The hotel has old world charm. Beautiful decor. The staff always helpful and pleasant.

Nothing to dislike about this charming hotel.

Liked the setting the roommand house Bit awkward to have the reception on the first floor
