Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very clean, and had the amenities we needed. The people in the reception were very helpful, very friendly and very welcoming especially the young gentleman in the reception (I am sorry but I forgot to ask your name) Checkin and checkout was easy and quick. The staff were also amazing for giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near Central Train Station. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if Im back in Düsseldorf! Leila from London

We stayed here during semi final EK. Eventhough it was busy, the staff was very friendly and at night it was quiet. Also the breakfast is decent for €14,00.

- we stayed in the new rooms. Very nice looking, but you can see the discouloring of the tile grouts in the bathroom. Maybe a good cleaning with chlorine will make them white again. - at check-in one of our rooms was almost €19,00 more expensive than the price we booked. We realised this just before check-out. Luckely the woman at the desk was very friendly to help and corrected the price.

Large room and quiet nights. Location is not very central, but not a problem if you are by car, and the Restaurant associated to the Hotel with a delicious Greek menu is absolutely great! it makes it all worth to stay a bit off-central. Everyone did their best, during dinner and breakfast, to accommodate our gluten-free needs.

Deco and bathroom a bit outdated, but just ok. Do watch out for gluten sources, as they may be somehow "unexpected" and not clearly indicated, like in scrambled eggs or potato fries. But the staff was very much willing to help and accommodate!

The staff were extremely friendly and really accommodating. Travelled in a large group for a wedding, we had dinner the night before the wedding the hotel and it was ideal staff couldn't do enough for everyone.

There was nothing extra the staff could do it was ideal in everything I needed.

It was a big room and it looks clean and the breakfast was fine

The roller blind could not be closed because the mounting bracket was loose, it had to be screwed in first while the screw was damaged. The bath that was out of order, had to pay 5 euros for parking while when we came back there was no parking space available so needed to park on the street.

Staff was awesome! Especiailly I think it was Chris??? Younger gentlemen that spoke great english and gave good advice about taxi, markets and area. Breakfast was more than sufficient for us as not big breakfast people on early mornings.

Room was tight with luggage and bags.

Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a very kind receptionist. The suite was spotless and perfect for two. The price-to-quality ratio here is a solid 10/10.

Perhaps a TV could be installed in the bedroom as well; otherwise, I have no complaints.

We traveled there to watch the football game. Staff were helpful and nice. Food was great at the restaurant next to the hotel. Very friendly and hospitable staff. Room was nice and comfortable. Waking up at countryside was pretty special.

- friendly staff - reaaally nice and stylish room (black and red colour theme :) - two tables where you could work - quiet - the train station was only a couple of minutes away and the next super market was also not too far away

The room was quite spacious. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The only thing that could have made it better was to have breakfast included.
