We regularly use B&B hotels on our German trips. We expect check-in and room keys to be largely automated but with some staff still available to help people like us who lack technology. At Rosenheim helpful staff stored our luggage as we arrived very early and, unlike some alterative hotel chains, the rooms are cleaned every day. We travel by rail. The hotel is adjacent to the station, but quiet. The town centre square and restaurants are a 15 minute walk away but there are other restaurants (and an excellent brewery if you are lucky and get an unreserved place) along the route.

Restricting free bottled water to B&B club members seems petty, especially for consistent but irregular customers.

I absolutely loved the location. It was so fun to be so close to the train station, even though we did not need it. So close to the center of town and the room were super, super quiet with the double pane very quiet windows. Receptionist was very friendly and the breakfast was pretty good.

On Sunday we had to wait until 7:30 am to have breakfast so it was pretty chaotic when so many people lined up for breakfast and it took me over 40 minutes to reach the food. It would be nice if we did non't have to wait so long for the dusty breakfast. It would also be nice if they build some additional small shelves on the room so we can add more of our travel items. Great location close to railway station and inner city. Multiple shops and restaurants nearby or within walking distance. Parking possibility/ garage is very close and daily price is reasonable. Kind staff, got our booking as we requested. Various options for breakfast.

Bread roll for the breakfast provided should have been fresher, it's been a challenge through our stay. Communication possibility in English is limited both in written and verbally.

Travelled with my 17yo son, would have been good to have 2 single beds rather than a double bed. Staff very friendly and helpful, the hotel is lovely and clean. Location is a couple of minutes walk from the train station. Easy access to the town with plenty of cafes, restaurants and shopping, all the locals are welcoming. Breakfast within the hotel is available at a extra charge however there is not a huge selection.

Location close to the station was great (especially for travellers by train). Also the connection between the parking garage and the hotel was very convenient. The breakfast was very tasty and with a large offer to choose from and definitely of great value. Also the spontaneous booking of a breakfast spot in the morning was a very nice service.

For longer stays the rooms could be more spacious

The hotel is right next to the train station. There's a reasonably priced parking lot across the train tracks which doesn't require you to move the car at all. Good food within walking distance, and a McDonald right in the station 300m away.

The vending machines in the hall have quite steep prices. For example, the water bottles being offered (500ml) cost about twice as much as the 1l ones being sold in the station, so if you get thirsty before midnght, I advise dressing up and heading to the Mc. Also, the clear windows of our room, directly on a staircase to a medical sturdio was very unnerving in the morning as the curtains do not guarantee full black out. Tinted glass would have been very welcome.

Hotel is like 50m away from main train station and main train line to Münich but soundproofing is fantastic. Friendly staff and super comfortable room made my stay pleasant.

I had to leave the hotel before breakfast due to the early train I had to catch but they say its lecker 😋

Good location off the highway, but also walking distance to a variety of restaurants. We spent the night in Rosenheim on our way back from Austria, and picked this hotel due to its location. It was a very good choice. Room for four was very functional, with bunk beds for the kids. Staff was very friendly and directed us to the nearby parking.

Very clean. Everything worked in the bedroom. TV had channels in different languages. We had little contact with staff, but those we met were friendly and helpful. There is a vending machine in the lobby selling water and beer for €2. it also sells snacks. It’s good value for money. Good shower. great location right next to rail and bus stations.

The self checkout process was a bit tricky. Not all the page is visible, so when you sign in nothing happens. Eventually we realised we had to scroll down to the ‘next’ button. this was counterintuitive as the button had appeared automatically after previous screens. But that is a tiny quibble - everything else was great.

The room was immaculately kept clean and provided all the neccessities that is required for a visiting professor to hold meetings, prepare for lectures and still relax.
