A quaint hotel in the Alt Stadt, the location was excellent, overlooking the water canal and market area. Lots of eating places, and close to the waterfall and other places of interest. Having arrived around lunchtime, we stopped for a bite to eat and enjoyed the food. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There is no car park attached to the hotel, which we didn't need as we didn't have a car. There is no lift, however staff are happy to assist in carrying luggage. There is also no fridge in the room.

The hotel was in a very good location and offered convienient parking very close by. Our room was a good size out the back of the hotel and included a fan which was most useful as it was a hot day. We also had a kettle with a small selection of fruit teas. The breakfast buffet had a good selection including some hot items.

The hotel is also a restaurant and unfortunately closes on a Tuesday which is when we arrived. On ringing, our host was able to remotely let us in and tell us where to find our key but we missed the personal greeting which is when information about the hotel and location is usually shared. I am sure this is not a problem on other days.

Fantastic location right in the centre , plenty to see and do.

Directions to hotel a bit of a rollercoaster thru narrow one way cobbled streets! only to find out parking was 5 mins away from hotel.. staff at hotel soon sorted and gave us keys to private garage.. restaurant was closed, plenty of places to eat but recommend booking as found it hard to find a table for 4.

Location in a pedestrian area in the middle of the very pretty town of Saarburg.

Parking was about 200 metres away and cound not get directions or location before arrival. Fortunately we spotted it by accident. Once you know where it is, all was fine. We were there for the Luxemburg Iron man. No secure bike storage so bikes had to go in our rooms. Not a big problem though.

Room was very comfortable, shower was incredible, location was excellent. People were very friendly, and helpful.

Breakfast was good but not exceptional compared to rest of experience. FYI, dinner experience was exceptional.

I would have liked full curtains on the windows to help block out street noise at night and morning daylight early.

The location and room were perfect, the meals we ate at the restaurant were delicious, beautifully presented, and the service very good. The entire staff was welcoming, everyone we dealt with made us feel at home. the breakfast was 10 euro extra and well worth the cost, included meats, cheeses, yogurt, cereal, das brötchen, fruit, juice, as well as coffee or tea.

Nothing, at all, to complain about.

We had a nice breakfast with several things to choose among. The hotel is right in the centre of town, very nice. We had dinner and it was very good. The service was nice and attentive. We had som very good Riesling as well. Nice little place for a night on our way back to DK.

It would have been nice with an air conditioner, but we knew it in advance

It was easy to find, located right next to the mini waterfall of Saarburg.

Cannot think of any but would advice on some English instructions in their service.

The location was great. We had a super view from our very comfortable and clean room.

Arrival and parking arrangements were poor. We had pre-booked a parking place in the hotel's car park which was confirmed. We messaged the hotel in advance regarding arrival address: hotel or carpark (if different). No reply. We had a very awkward drive through the very busy narrow streets to find the access to the hotel street blocked by bollards. I found the hotel while my husband waited in the car, dodging tourist trains etc.we were then given directions to the carpark only to find it completely full! So, after all that, we parked in a public carpark! The breakfast was limited.
