I want to say too many things about this hotel. Firstly, location is really nice, we did Mullerthal trekking, city trip to Luxembourg and it is located in between. It is actually next to a busy road, but you dont hear a sound. Breakfast was really nice, there were so many vegetarian options. Our son was welcomed with a nice plush toy in the room. The minibar had soft drinks for us, and next day we were asked to have a refill. We ate 2 times at bistro, very delicious food and very friendly staff. They were checking if we liked the food and tried their best to make us happy. Room was clean, and hotel was very quiet eventhough there were many guests. Also we were given water for our trip back while checking out. So hotel is full of small gestures for all the family.

Room was a nice size, modern and came with a free rubber duck in the bathroom. Breakfast was ample buffet style. Restaurant was very nice, we were travelling with a larger group so had pre-ordered the food; worked well and food was very nice.

When checking in they asked if I wanted to pay for the room or put a deposit down, I opted for the deposit since I was probably going to add some drinks etc to the room and then sort out the bill in the morning.. Given that the room was about £100, the deposit they put a hold on from the bank was £250. Annoyingly the bar nor restaurant wouldn't let me put any drinks/food on the room anyway so what was the option for ? When I checked out in the morning the difference was refunded to the account and only the room amount was actually taken. Seems a strange way to do things.

Airconditioning worked great! Free drinks in minifridge was a pleasant surprise. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Enough place to park, nice atmosphere.

Restaurant isn't open on the weekends. We missed housekeeping twice, maybe because we were late on hanging the sign, but could be avoided by doing a second check. For long people, the bed is on the shorter side, very normal 200cm, but for longer people, a 210 or 220 is preferred. But this all is nitpicking, we had a great time!

Very good location, if you have a car, it’s easy drive to Luxembourg, to Mullerthal, to Trier etc Quiet and secure. Large rooms, good restaurant on premises.

For a four star property, the quality of the pillows and towels are really a let down. It also is a bit tired in terms of furniture, but very comfortable and spacious. Staff are very helpful and nice.

Frankly I loved everything about this hotel. Beds were great, staff was VERY helpful and friendly. We loved the breakfast buffet. Parking was ample and free. Further I loved the setting, where else can you look out your back window and see beautiful well kept cows grazing in an apple orchard. Loved it

Friendly, comfortable, great location for a road trip through Europe, nice breakfast. Safe parking.

Unfortunately we arrived late and the kitchen had closed. Tesla charging station was incompatible for our electric car (and it felt politically incorrect to offer charging for Tesla drivers only. Perhaps you will do something about this one day soon 😉🙏)

Very comfortable luxury hotel at a convenient location, close to nice nature for walks or just next to a highway A1 for a stop on a long journey. Quite large and well equipped room. All perfectly clean. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Well working, fast and reliable Internet connection. Parking available (we parked at the unpaved place next to the hotel). Free minibar. Very good breakfast. We enjoyed our stay here and would be happy to return one day.

1)The room was superclean all through our stay. 2)The toiletries placed in the room were not expected compared to other hotels. These items are cotton buds, nail files, face pads, etc. They were extremely helpful and made our stay enjoyable. 3) The hotel gave us a cot and toys for our baby. They had several high chair for feeding babies in the restaurant, which was super helpful. 4) The staff were very helpful, attentive, supportive, and above all efficient. They paid attention to details, and they observed the things we liked and disliked from day one and went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. 5) They have a massive parking space, and the hotel location is close to a bus stop, which made navigation for guest easy. 6) Their breakfast was topnotch and had all the healthy options expected. 7) Their fitness centre had all the expected equipment for exercise.

The location is a bit far from the city centre. We spent over €100 for a taxi to take us to town on a public holiday because the buses were not working as usual. I advise you not to attempt to plan your trip on a public holiday to prevent the need for a taxi because they are super expensive in Luxembourg. However, the location is situated near a bus stop, and there is free public transport in Luxembourg, which is super helpful on a normal day when the buses are working. The buses come by the hour, and you can plan when to leave the hotel and enjoy the free transportation of Luxembourg to prevent the need for a taxi.

The Restaurant staff was very friendly, serviceminded and the dinner was great and served on a nice covered terrace. Despite being fairly close to the motorway, all you see was green fields and woods and there was great shopping with a 5 min driving distance. Hotel was very nicely laid out. Parking was free and plenty.

The double rooms are large and modern. Bathroom is nice. Breakfast is excellent. Unfortunately the restaurant and bar was closed the two days we stayed there.

The double rooms are large enough to host a family of 4. It should be possible to put in a couple of beds for children. Seems like overdoing it to take up two rooms for one small family.
