We chose the hotel because it had an underneath garage, so we didn't have to worry about our luggage in the car. We booked the hotel last minute and arrived at midnight, but the staff was very helpful and we entered without any problem. We appreciated all the details: pets friendly, free drinks in the fridge, comfortable and clean bathroom, super big bed, big tv.

There was not a lot space around the bed, so it was not comfortable to pass around it. Also, when we entered the room at midnight, the window was wide open, and it was 9 degrees in the room. I assume it was a mistake, not a rule. Hopefully, the heating was able to warm up the room quite quickly, so it didn't influence our stay too much.

A really good breakfast selection. Being able to choose when we wanted our rooms cleaned. The staff were professional and helpful. The hotel was central for meeting family. Location was near the lovely Am See water. Max the dog was a real delight. Free drinks in mini bar on first night was a great touch.

Just a little problem with air conditioning but it was manageable.

All the staff were amazing, helpful, friendly, and always had time to chat. The room was a decent size, and the water pressure in the shower was great. The room also had mood lighting, which u can turn off and on. I was very happy that the tv was large, considering the room size. Breakfast was worth the extra money and had both hot and cold options. The manager, David, was extremely nice and welcoming and was even more charming when Max was there. Max was a massive part of me and my friend's 4 day stay and is an absolute delight. It was the perfect place to stay with a friend that I hadn't seen in 20 years. The hotel is also near all sorts of shops, restaurants and pubs that u can easily walk to, I'm disabled and I found it really easy to get to everything. Definitely would recommend

The only reason I take points away is because the air-conditioning was not working, and at the end of June, it was extremely hot in Saltzgitter. The staff did give us fans, and they helped a little, but the room temperature was boiling. The gym was also not working, which I think was also related to the not functioning air-conditioner. As the room was so hot, we didn't think it would be a great idea to use the sauna so we couldn't enjoy all the facilities but they looked amazing and we're extremely clean

Brand-new hotel, right in the centre, excellent bathroom in the room, good wifi and TV, really fabulous breakfast.

The room was somewhat small, rather hot, the air conditioning control refused to cool down from 25 to 20 C, I had to open and close the window from time to time.

The room was nice, albeit a tad on the small side, and the staff (all one of him that we saw) was friendly.

It didn't feel like a 4* hotel; the air conditioning wasn't working (and it seems a common problem from past reviews!), nor were the garage doors working. Disappointing for a supposed 4* hotel, which seemed to be run like a budget hotel , by one man and his dog!

Closed on night. I was at 01:20 and they have locked all doors. No personnel, as idiot…

All like brand new, room was clean and in perfect order. We arrived at midnight and there was no problem to check in. Free drinks waiting for you in the fridge is a nice add on. I recommend that place.

Had to leave early in the morning, I couldn't find a service to help me with garage doors.

People kindness (great support at the reception at my arrival ), a lot of free items at the minibar, free parking around the hotel, easy to reach, breakfast. Perfect for business travelling.

The staff and management, were beyond helpful. Anytime we needed assistance they were willing to go beyond. The coffee machine at the lobby is a life saving luxury. The entire facility is very high quality and clean. We stayed here twice during our visit to Germany as we have family that lives in Salzgitter. Manager, Will, was amazing and super helpful. Appreciate the service we got from him and his team!
