I reached the hotel via tram number 5 from the central station (direction Broitzem) and a short walk. The hotel is very well located in the centre of town. I had booked a single room and got a very spacious double room with two beds. The steps from outside into the hotel were quite high for someone like me who cannot walk stairs well - but I managed as there was a railing. The access to the second floor was then by elevator - very convenient. The gentleman at the reception was very efficient and friendly over several days - he also offered me a map of the city. The bathroom was clean, but it was a bit difficult to step up into the shower. There were shampoo and soap in big bottles at the basin. Heating in the room was needed - and it worked pretty fast. The light on the bedside table was good for reading - there also were sockets for loading the phone. The bed was very comfortable - not too hard and not too soft - with good elasticity. In fact it was very good for my back. There was a little packet of gummy bears on the bed the first day - together with a bathrobe; - a nice gesture. There were a water kettle, cups, tea bags and instant coffee on the desk - every day the tea/coffee bags were newly put. Cleaning was prompt - even while I was for breakfast. There was a wide variety of salty and sweet food for breakfast. The coffee machine worked well despite many people using it. Staff was prompt in cleaning the tables before new guests arrived for breakfast.
My room was very close to those rooms of a group of foreign tourists who were pretty loud - also at night. I did not understand if they were tourists or if they lived in the hotel for longer. They tended to occupy the best seats for breakfast over an extended period of time and interacted very loudly with each other - also long after they had finished having breakfast. It became a real problem on Saturday when the number of breakfast guests was high and guests had to sit in another room which was basically a foyer close to the reception.

We stay here at least 4-5 times a year while travelling via Germany, and we already know some of the staff, which is always very kind and helpful. We do value the personal touch of the staff, but also the location is great, just in the center. We are also satisfied with the facilities, the rooms and the breakfast. This time we needed to leave a bit earlier than the breakfast opened, and they still allowed us to grab coffee and get some sandwiches for the way, thank you very much!
The parking got a bit more expensive. In the past they had an agreement with the private parking close by, but that changed and now it's 19 EUR per day (they changed the system in the private parking). Apart from that, I think I probably missed it but the accessibility of the main entrance doesn't have any ramp, we normally carry our child stroller, which it's not a big issue, but probably there's another entrance to the hotel but more accessible, I need to ask.

Beautiful building, great location, nice hotel! Staff at check-in was friendly and worked fast. Big room, big bathroom, really nice shower and sink, cosmetics, fan, bathrobes, slippers, kettle, coffee, tea etc. Good beds, matrace and pillows. Excellent value for money! We also highly recommend the associated (?) restaurant, Vielharmonie.

Good location near the centre. The restaurant was very lively with good food if a little pricey. The staff cooked me scrambled eggs as the normal eggs were contaminated with chives which I am allergic to.
The public parking opposite was very tight as could be seen by the numerous paint marks on the walls of the curves at each ramp. Choice for breakfast on the Monday morning was limited due to fewer guests.

Quite good and cozy hotel with it's old times charm, broad staircase and red carpet :) Central location is as usual a bonus and a problem, cause Braunschweig at least around this area is extremely lively and party-loving city. I wasn't ready for it to be so noisy during the night. On Friday and Saturday we had to sleep with all windows closed including bathroom. Earplugs were kindly provided, which I only noticed before leaving. Still if "silent centre" exists - it's not the case. The rest was good. Our room on the 4th floor might be bigger though. We slept one step away from the entrance and the ceiling was half high because it's attic level. Sunny side: two windows with a roof and sky view, my favourite. Big bathroom, really nice shower and sink, cosmetics, fan, bathrobes, slippers, kettle, coffee, tea etc. Plus a safe and some funny thing for ironing pants :) Good beds, matrace and pillows. Finally the breakfast. Light hall and a few other beautiful options for having your meal. Wide selection of everything including smoked salmon on Sunday, yum. Friendly personell and good vibes in general. PS. They have inner yard view rooms so better try the silent one.

The hotel is in an excellent location in Braunschweig, close to all of the shops, restaurants etc. The Frühlings Hotel staff could not have been more helpful. I, my wife and Border Collie Penny were very well looked after during our 5 night stay. I would highly recommend.

Nice locality, good food, nice personnel.
Hotel do not have own parking; big public parking house is on the same street. The problem was that parking house was really full on 2nd day .... parking on the streets is restricted (locals only).

The breakfast in itself was good, however, having a payment option that includes breakfast would be great.
To have an option that includes breakfast

The continental breakfast is good, with a good choice of meat, cheese, and bread. The room is quiet and comfortable. The location is convenient, as the hotel is located in the city centre, close to the railway station and to a big park with long pedestrian/bike lanes.
