The facilities are very clean, so are the rooms.

It took us a very very long time to check in, as the receptionists could not find our reservations made and fully paid for 5 weeks ago. He asked at least five times to check under whose name the reservation was made, even though I showed him in the app on my phone that it was me. Asking hotel guests to sign long papers when renting an umbrella is a big exaggeration. We are not renting an apartment, just an umbrella. It would be enough to mark it in the system, like it is done in any another hotel. The staff in the hotel bar is lovely, very nice and helpful people.

One of the rare Hotels these days in which the traveller and customer is treated well, meaning staff on the front desk, the bar, or at breakfast takes some time to look up to the customer, recognises him or her, looks in the eyes, takes even a moment to do a little smalltalk, where service is not just only a job for them. Rare to find these days, especially in Germany and with people of the younger generations working in the service business of any kind or rating. I really loved that in this Hotel here in walking distance 300 metres ish from downtown Braunschweig in Lower Saxony. Nothing either to complain about the facilities. I for sure will return when in the area.

Breakfast was very good with lots of options for fruits, bread, yogurt and an omelet bar. The room and bathroom, well cleaned and the staff was really helpful. Fitness center is good.

In the website it says that they have a ladies only sauna and they dont. It made a difference for me when I was choosing where to stay that they had this option. If they dont anymore they should correct that both at booking.com and their website.

We arrived very late (well after midnight), but we were welcomed at check-in and given all the necessary information. Some hotels don't have night staff on, so this was much appreciated. Rooms were nice and comfortable with a quite modern decor. The breakfast room was lovely and the food on offer was excellent. The outdoor seating area was very comfortable with pleasant grounds all around. The location was not far from the city centre, and was in a nice parkland, ideal for a pleasant morning walk.

The hotel would probably be perfect if traveling for work, but for a family on vacation, it feels a little "corporate". Not really a negative though, just a small thing to note.

- Parking is €24 per night - very expensive! - Double room is 2 singles pushed together and when asking for one duvet, hotel staff said this was not possible nor something they offered. 2 single beds often result in a split in the beds and not comfortable. - Staff do not answer/ slow to answer the room telephones.

The hotel and the restaurant are calm and quiet, very nice ambiance. The whole hotel is very clean. Room was modern , with confortable bed, air conditioning and nice bathroom. The breakfast is impressive : there was a large choice of food, very good quality and tasty! Service was friendly and very efficient. I recommend this hotel.

everything was fine

A really good hotel in beautiful gardens and a short walk into the centre. The staff were very welcoming, professional and helpful. Our room on the 3rd floor was a great size and so comfortable. We had an issue with the air on in the first room (316) and the staff quickly & efficiently moved us to 311. The windows open which was good and the hotel rooms are soundproofed so we had a great night’s sleep. Lastly the breakfast was incredible as was the car parking.

The staff was very friendly and we were welcomed by the friendliest Lebanese man on christmas day. He made sure our stay was exceptional. The staff were super sweet and helpful (warming up my food and preparing a pot of hot water for tea that I brought myself at no charge). The location was great too, especially for those with pets since you're right in the park but very close to the city (we walked to the christmas market).

Great hotel located right next to the city park. Comfortable and spacious rooms, parking availabe on-site, superb breakfast selection.

My booking did not include breakfasts. Once I arrived I specifically requested to add them to the reservation, but for some reason this was not handled by the reception clerk and I had to sign off for breakfast every single day. Minor inconvinience.
