The breakfast buffet was delicious, staff were very friendly and helpful. Charming, historic building in the old city. Lovely park nearby for walking, lively courtyard in the center with interesting people gathering- a delicious creperie nearby also!!!!

The first night there was a very loud party that went quite late. Glad they were having fun but we were so tired from traveling. If we were warned we may have purchased ear plugs. No outlets on one side of the bed but, when asked, we were able to borrow an extension cord.

The hotel is situated in a historic part of town. Lovely building with character and charm, but also feeling modern and comfortable. My only slight disappointment was the clingy shower curtain in the bathroom. This would have been so much better with a door or screen. The water pressure in the shower was so good, that it powered onto the curtain and even allowed water through as it blasted the curtain out of the way. Otherwise, breakfast was ample and fresh. Staff were all lovely, helpful and cheerful. Recommended.

I liked the ambiance of the restaurant. The breakfast buffet being in a separate room added to the quiet and serene atmosphere in the restaurant itself. The staff was exceptional, friendly, accommodating and professional. I particularly marveled at the combination of the historical setting and the casualness style.

Antique furniture carefully restored is an added gem. Seemingly antique furniture not restored looks like old tired furniture. Eclectic furniture is fine provided it harmonized with the general decor of the room

The place was so cute and romantic, our room windows were going out to the Magni main street extending the magical vibe of the place to the room itself. At the same time, with windows closed the sound isolation was excellent! Even though the building is very old, hotel and rooms are renovated and modern. Breakfast was great with a variety of choice.

It was a hot summer day and it got very hot in the room in the night! There is no AC, so be prepared for it if you are travelling in summer.

Both the hotel and the staff were amazing: beautiful building, clean facilities, great view on the old church and old part of town. The staff of the hotel and restaurant were attentive, and helpful. The location was great; very close to tram and bus stops so I could easily get to work, and to the shopping center and restaurants we could visit afterwards with colleagues. I would highly recommend it.

I really liked the location and the rooms were spacious and the breakfast buffet was really good.

There were just a couple of tiny things that could have been better : provide an info sheet on breakfast times, maybe a menu for the restaurant and tea bags in the room not just instant coffee sachets.

Great location close to a nice market square in Braunschweig. Would def. recommend for a short stay to explore the city!

The WiFi in my room was unstable and I had to connect to my phone for working. A small desk would also be nice for the latter since the rooms appeared spacious enough to accommodate one.

The room and bed were super comfortable. Hot shower with great pressure. Excellent location, super friendly staff. So amazingly quiet and peaceful! Would definitely recommend it.

There could have been some amenities in the bathroom and more variety at breakfast. But nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was good, the staff is very pleasant and friendly.

During the booking it was stated that there is a parking. Actually it was a public parking in the nearest trade centre. (2 min by foot). The parking is very strange, because of too low ceiling. When I opened trunk lid of my car, it was scratched on the ceiling.

Picturesque hotel in an attractive part of town. Our room was upstairs and at the back, so quiet. The fan was very welcome because very warm. Did not have breakfast. Comfortable night - lady on duty provided extra pillows.

Restaurants downstairs could potentially be noisy but we were lucky this time.
