Although the hotel is kind of far from the center of the city, it has 6 bus stops and a small shopping center (REWE, Dm, Sparkasse ATM and even a hair salon) within 5 minutes walking. The buses drive pretty much everywhere. The room and bathroom had everything necessary, the personal was super friendly and the breakfast had variety and was good.

They could use better bed sheets and more comfortable pillows. The pillows were really uncomfortable.

We had a first night upset because the our room was good but when we came back to sleep the mattress was horrible and uncomfortable. I sent message 4:30 to them and no one responded. On the morning my boyfriend was there very upset because we traveled 8 hours to be with our friends and expected have a nice place to sleep. Them they change us upgraded our room for a big room and nice bed/mattress. Thanks for the offer. Nilza Fonseca

The room is big. I like the couch as well. It was very comfy. I like that there is a small kitchen.

The room looks a little bit old. The bed is not so soft. The lights are not so bright. The windows are not clean. You can also see some trashes outside the window.

Room was very good size and generally good cleaning standard but my particular room has two unsightly stains One large burn mark on kitchenette and one to two bad stains on carpet possibly from the one cooking accident Did not overly bother me but should repair / replace

Hotel placed in calm city part. 20 min walk from city center, bus stop is directly near hotel, closest shops in 2 and 5 min walk.

Really spacious and clean rooms, helpful staff (unfortunately not always speaking English), decent breakfast (without coffee machine). Hotel is fine for short stay, price is fair.

Location isn't very central, parking can be difficult sometimes. Our room (ground appartment) was large, but not cozy. The entrance floor is intended for refugees now, but this cannot be taken as negative. Just keep that in mind.

the room was super big with a kitchenette which I found very convenient

it‘s not sth that I didn‘t like, just to mention that the reception isn‘t on the ground floor but on the first floor
