You can’t go wrong with premier inns - super comfortable and clean. The black out blinds and comfy bed always provide a good nights sleep. The shelving for luggage is very helpful for a raised and designated space for bags, allowing for cleared floor space. The rooms are very cosy with dim lighting and the carpet and wood floor split is very practical. A later check out is also offered without any fuss for a very reasonable sum - this was much appreciated!

The hotel should get some parking of its own but the nearest available isn’t too far or too expensive. The room would be excellent if it it included a fridge for food/drinks.

The room was very big and well-maintained. The breakfast was well organized, well presented, and with enough variety. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel provided extra pillows if needed. In general, I was very satisfied by the room.

I almost got stuck in the elevator: the doors opened partially on my floor and I had to push through the gap to reach my room. Not a very pleasant experience. Also, the room had a pretty nice LED temperature control display, but it's pointing towards the bed and it may be a bit disturbing if you are sensitive to light, as it's relatively bright.

This hotel is an absolute gem and truly worth every penny! The location is unbeatable—a perfect 10 out of 10. Nestled right next to the charming historic district, you’re just steps away from convenient parking, shops, restaurants, and some truly delicious bakeries. The price is incredibly reasonable, especially given the quality. The rooms feel brand new—everything is spotlessly clean, modern, and incredibly comfortable. It was like staying in a freshly renovated space! I’ll definitely be choosing this hotel again on my next visit—highly recommended!

When recommending parking, it would be helpful if they simply mentioned that it is located in the building of the shopping center/cinema. The address provided on the business card does not appear in navigation systems.

Spacious room, including a big "desk", ie. really convenient to work with notebook. Good bed. Center city is within walking distance. Various means of publikc transportation (buses, trams) within walking distance. Friendly staff at front desk. Good value for money. Room was facing the interior court, rather quiet at night.

Starting around 8:00, the housekeeping staff is active in the hallway in rather "vocal" fashion, which is well audible inside the room.

We didn't take breakfast because we thought it was expensive for a hotel of this category. There are several cafes and pastry shops nearby that offer breakfast at a reasonable price. The location of the hotel is excellent

The trash can was full from the day we arrived until we left. There was water in a bottle with gel in the shower. We reported this to the administrator, but nothing was fixed. It's a shame because overall the hotel is good

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were perfect for a weekend stay and the hotel bar served food until late.

The view from the room isn't great with a lot of construction going on in the area, but otherwise no complaints.

Rooms are clean and very comfortable. The hotel is central, and you can walk to the main areas of Braunschweig. Staff are kind.

Breakfast is expensive, so we didn't take breakfast even though it was Easter holiday and things were closed in the area. The hotel only communicated in German before arrival, which didn't feel inclusive for a tourist who doesn't speak German

Breakfast was disappointing. There was a lot of choice but the cooked food was dried up and there were no spoons for the cereal. I paid for this but there were no staff on duty so anyone staying at the hotel could have had breakfast for free.

Spoons for Cereal and yogurt. Food put out a smaller amount each hour so it isn’t dried up.

Clean and nice room. Provided kettle and tea/coffee sachetes. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet available (very tasty, various choice of food- hot or cold).

The nearby car park is locked for the night time (on Sunday opening at 10am) so we have been unable to depart early in the morning as we planned.

Our journey was long—from Amsterdam to Prague—so we decided to rest halfway and chose this hotel. Honestly, everything was exceptional: the staff were kind, helpful, and attentive to every detail. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it
