Parking was challenging. We circled the hotel for 30 minutes attempting to find a check-in parking space, but none existed. The process involves stopping with hazard lights in front of the hotel, checking in quickly, and only then obtaining the garage code. A more convenient solution would be to receive the garage code via message. · The TV remote did not work

Modern hotel near city center with underground parking space

Parking instructions - there was no warning we needed to check in first, and only then park in the underground garage. There is also no space to park in front of the hotel, and a construction site on the public road with many single-way streets, so we drove around for like 20 minutes until we popped out Google Maps reviews to find we first need to park somewhere else, get there on foot to get a code for the garage. This could easily be solved by texting guests the code, or at least say that you first need to arrive on foot. Also, our room card said the breakfast was €8.5, but it was actually outdated, because it's now €10.5

Breakfast was amazing! We found we could get also get Sky news in English on our t.v. in the room which was good. The underground car park was so convenient to use.

Not so much didn't like but was just difficult as newcomers - one needs the code to get into the underground car park on arrival but you only get that when checking in and it is easier to be in the car park and THEN check in! But we did it.

Modern, clean. Parking. No staff seen at all totally electronic. Did not have breakfast. This was a room only one night stay on our way to Wuppertal from Zagan and was most suitable

Locating car park, having to walk to check in from car park entrance in high temperature in motorcycle gear. The car park is accessed via a code that you get when you log in to your reservation at reception. Having logged in, I noticed a message on my phone with access codes and room number. In hindsight I should have looked at this hotel a bit more on street view etc.

A very smooth check-in! And since the rooms are not being provided with any keys or cards, but simply with door codes only, a check-out is not even necessary. The staff at the recption desk was very welcoming!

Bunk bed for kids are genius! Very comfortable beds, quiet, with air-conditioning and free parking

The check-in with Susanne was swift an very friendly. Rarely I had a better, faster and more emphatic hello in a hotel. My room was facing the Oker. I saw all the small boats of the river and enjoyed the quietness of the night with open windows.

Breakfasts were rather poor, considering their costs. There were no choice of a hot dish, the choice on general was poor.

It was close to the center of town and a good location from which to explore.

Difficulty finding the parking because I did not get directions in advance but once there it was okay

Easy self-check-in and checkout. Nice room with comfy bed. We had a short stay on our way back home but easily could stay for longer. Free parking for visitors. Definitely recommend this place.

Not so obvious how to get to the parking area.
