a huge omission: in advance, no one considered it necessary to inform me (anywhere, by email, or to my personal booking account) that the staff would not be on the spot and tell me how to get the keys from the box at the entrance. I arrived before 22 o'clock, but there was no one. It's good that I have a European SIM card and I managed to get through. And what would happen if a person did not come from Europe and could not call?

Price quality this place is kinda hard to beat. Of course the hotel is outdated and lacks luxury. But, what can you expect for this extremely affordable price? Breakfast is more than decent, with fresh and warm oven baked bread, a selection of cheeses and meats, eggs etc etc. It was regularly refilled when finished. Location is great, not much more than a 5 minute walk to the Christmas Market (downtown). The room we had (nr. 25) was clean and very quiet, though a bit smallish. Beds and pillows were fine. .

There was no staff on site upon check-in, and I didn't get any response to my chat messages. Would have been great if the key box code was communicated in advance. WiFi didn't reach to our room. There we quite a few things that could have been fixed easily (ie. The shower head was clearly running on its last legs) which could have significantly improved the experience. Although the hotel was above our expectations when booking (bargain), and we would definitely stay again (though probably not longer than 2 nights max.), it still felt like a waste of potential.

The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful with all my questions and requests. I even forgot my phone charger and the hotel staff gave me one, which I was allowed to keep. Very grateful about it! The breakfast was basic, but tasty, a pleasant surprise was the good coffee. Hotel's location is just perfect, about 5 minutes walk from all the restaurants, coffee shops and sightseeing attractions in the city. I'd recommend the hotel to everyone who's travelling to Brunswick.

I liked everything about the hotel and it's staff.

Location, peacefulness, helpful friendly staff. Hotel was very clean , Most excellent breakfast.

Towels very thin. No glasses in bathroom. Bedding was pristine but some laundry didn't look ironed.

Quite and good location for walks in the park or to the city center

They did not send instructions on getting into the hotel and the front door was locked when i arrived at 1600hrs

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff are helpful. Breakfast is also good.

The location is not easily accessible. And the staff are not speaking english.

Cheap, easy check in even though we arrived at 23:00. The breakfast in the morning was great given the price of the room.

It's a bit old fashioned but again it's 60 euros a night.

Small simple hotel in good location, close to the centre and great park, quiet, nice breakfast included, free parking. Good for short stay.

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms , showers Reasonable breakfast.

Wasn't a problem for me, but you can hear the people in other rooms
