Room was really nice and spacious, we booked breakfast which was was value for money (really good selection). Staff were friendly and really helpful, Location was close to everything we needed.

Maybe putting a fridge in the rooms for visitors to keep cold drinks. The couple of days we stayed it was really hot, a fridge to keep our drinks cold would have been great.

Check in process was amazing and quick. I got all the necessary information right away and the staff were always kind and polite. The location is best, Fitness First is located next door so you can train easily when you are done with the check in.

For me everything was ok and I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

There are no reception staff at night. Staff had to be asked every morning to put out the outdoor furniture.

The location is amazing! 2 minutes walking distance from the main train station and bus stop of Wolffenbuttel

I didnt like that there is no AC! The room was extremely warm and the small fan provided is not enough

We chose the hotel based on the location; extremely convenient to the train station and to the city center. We had been to Wolfenbuttel before to see a relative. The closeness to the city center was the key.

For our short stay, the hotel was fine.

Location! Next door to a small shopping center. A few minuts walk to city center. Wonderfull town but not busy with tourist Comfy bed and shower.

I always stay at this excellent hotel in Wolfenbüttel. They have a very friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast is outstanding.

During this stay, I found the wifi to be very slow, almost unuseable at times. It may have been a network problem?

Room comfortable beds and quiet location, staff very helpful and went out of there way to assist, Cost of room was better than i expected with all amenities provided clean and well thought out. will go again

it would have been nice to have been provided with tea/coffee making facilities in line with what is expected and provided in a UK hotel.
