Staff were incredibly friendly and the property offers a great spectrum of activities from Spa to bike rentals. Breakfast was super as well. This was a last minute weekend getaway I desperately needed to get away from work-related stress; I didn't even remember it was my birthday; but when I went in to have breakfast they had set up a birthday table for me and offered me champaign; it was a very kind gesture. I would only say I'd stay longer if I could.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food is very good, we enjoyed the breakfast and the dinner, the wine at the restaurant was also very good. The jacuzzi was nice, location is romantic, right on the lake.

Friendly staff, quite a place, amazing location, and perfect SPA that we weren't expecting. Good breakfast with various choices and perfect served tasty dinner in a restaurant way. I had my birthday here and I liked the way the staff attended to it: we had a nicely decorated breakfast table, and the staff greeted me but it wasn't too much not to brake the comfort of other guests. Will definitely come back here.

We liked everything. The staff are brilliant, so friendly, helpful and professional and the location overlooking the lake with the mountains beyond is beautiful. The breakast was superb and we really enjoyed the evening meals as well. There is nothing to fault Hotel Wasserman. We would stay again 100%, and higly recommend anyone to stay here. I had my bike with me and rode over 100 miles on silky smooth roads and cycleways exploring the local area.

Hotel staff is very friendly, rooms are spacious and clean. Location is good - we have spent only one night there, after a quick walk around I can imagine staying here with family.

The restaurant concept (one menu per day - dinner) is quite limiting (two starters, one soup, two main courses, desert) - in the case you are planning travel with kids or the menu won't fit your taste. Anyway the food was great. Swimming pool was quite cold to my opinion.

-the toilet was not enough cleaned - breakfast was served on one plate, the choice of the plate was not asked, fruit and vegetable was limited. it was a pity that there was no regional food. - the laundry for the bathrobe and towels were extra charged - cake and drinks in the lobby were also extra charged ( overpriced !) There is no place to go in the afternoon, except to the overcrowded wellness area.

Beautiful family run hotel right on a lake. Amazing view from our balcony. Great food, lovely staff. Able to hire a boat on the lake. Fabulous holiday.

Very nice, traditionally build and hold hotel. Perfect pool and sauna zone - actually spa zone in the ground level. It's lake's bank - top class location even out of the tourist season. Comfortable. I've been there on a business trip and would come again.

The facilities in the room a bit old fashioned but still clean and cosy.

Location, Cleanliness, Service, Amazing Personnel - so lovely and accommodating!
