The room was really nice, as it was the top-tier room. It also had a nice balcony with a view to the back garden and a cemetery that lays behind the hotel. EV charging was also available with an app, which was super convenient. The room was clean and well furnished / equipped as well.

We booked a small room, indicating we travel with a pet. After we entered and waited to be assisted, we were informed that in fact the room we had booked was not available and our only option while travelling with a pet was a top-tier room, That can happen, but we could have been offered a small discount for the unwanted upgrade. I would argue that a hotel should be offerring free upgrades when they are unwanted and concern a room that would have been unbooked anyway, as you often see in larger hotels. Still a great room, but not what we booked. The mattress could also do with an improvement.

Hosts were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. They even allowed us to stay in the common areas even when the hotel was closing down for the Christmas break to wait for our train. Breakfast was fantastic, the apartment was spacious and comfortable.

The only downside is the location, in a commercial modern area away from the city old centre. But it can be easily reached by bus (12 minutes) or taxi (10 euros, 8 minutes) so not a downside in the end.

Really clean and well equipped . Lovely garden for relaxing , good parking for our motorbike. Really nice breakfast with local tasty products and great coffee . Very friendly staff . The bus stop to speyer is across the road and regular or you can hire cycles. We would love to come again .

This is one of the best hotels I have ever been to. The hotel is 5* and the management and staff are fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for them, we shall be back and have recommended to all our friends. Thank you all for making our stay so perfect.

There is no one thing to dislike, great hotel.

Breakfast was excellent. Better than 5star. No matter how busy the staff.....they had time to chat.

Very friendly and helpful staff, plus the ability to print important documents was very useful. Also, Alessandra kindly took care of some concert tickets we had to leave for our friends to collect when they were delayed. We were also given very good advice on how early we would need to leave on what should have been a short drive to the Hockenheimring for the concert. Thank you.

Bit of a noisy area but only noticeable with the windows open and the hotel provides ear plugs.

The hotel location is good almost in middle of automotive business area. It is just a few mins walk from P+R, there are few restaurants outside. The hotel itself is good for short business stay. The hotel staff is very polite, the hotel serves a nice breakfast buffet in basement. I arrived late but the instructions to get the room keys were very clear and straightforward.

A very clean hotel with an excellent choice of food at breakfast. Good air conditioning available, which we needed because f the exceptionally warm weather. Tea/coffee making facilities in each bedroom were particularly welcome.

Unfortunately, the location of the hotel is a couple of miles from the centre of Speyer. We used our car to get to the centre, although car parking was sometimes difficult to find.

Staying for the second time already in this nice family Hotel! Super clean and spacious . The owner is a lovely person, making your stay very special. Great breakfast as well. Totally recommend.
