The location is great - if you are after Technic museum it could not be any better! Also free parking is an important part of it. Staff is bit too less - it is not the size of the hotel when you have to wait 10 minutes for check out. Communication - you shall fill the form in advance - is nice and easy, also check in and breakfast was nothing to complain about. Overall - Ok place to stay for a location visit, close to Museum, Autobahn, old city and cathedral. In case you stay for a longer stay - may be a bit less.

The hotel itself occupies a few building, so do not bother to bring your staff for check in - you could be staying in other building. My one had no lift, so in case you have some weight to carry - should be an issue. The room was pretty spartan - just a TV + bad - no drinks, no tea, nothing. It was not so hot outside, yet the ventilator was also in the room (under the roof) so it could be hot in summer - yet it is a guess

Close to the town yet in quiet location. Rooms comfortable and good value. Breakfast was great and service in the breakfast room very good. Ideal stopover for our trip along the Rhine river. Had designated garage for our bikes.

The receptionist wasn't very helpful when we arrived and took a long time to check us in. We were kept waiting for a long time while they sorted out the booking which appeared to be 4 rooms instead of 2. Staff the next day were very attentive and helpful.

Staff were very friendly and spoke English. Location was perfect for the museum and the pub at the end of the airport runway.....with great food. Breakfast was excellent including bacon, sausage and scrambled egg. As well as cereal and fruit etc. It's perfect as a base for the museum. The public bus (561) to/from the train station passes the driveway of the hotel.

I was looking for comfortable, inexpensive accommodation which was close to the Technik Museum and this hotel fullfilled all those requirements perfectly. Breakfast was delicious. As well as this the staff were very friendly and were able to direct me to some very nice eating places on the banks of the Rhine, a 15 minute walk away. The hotel was close enough for me to walk into Speyer through the gardens.

Small nice hotel, not state of art, but with corresponding price, super nice and helpfull staff and very wide offer breakfast. Location is straight on museum amd close to city center with enough spacious parking. Rooms spacious and spot clean.

Matrasses in our room needs to change, but if you laid on them in other then expected direction they were still ok and comfy.

The breakfast is very good, the staff there are very helpful and attentive.I was given good information when checking in, especially about parking and reduced tickets to the museum.

Rooms a little too small and the the roof rooms have smaller slopped windows which make it more claustrophobic. I do understand that the original use of the building was as an officer's mess for the French Army. I did book fairly late for a very busy bank holiday.. it's okay for a single night though..

Location was excellent, next to the Technical Museum and a short walk from the Cathedral and the old town. The breakfast was good, and plentiful - and the lady tending to it was wonderful, friendly and very efficient. There was plenty of parking.

The front desk staff were generally good and pleasant, but there were one or two exceptions.

Convenient for my visit to the Speyer technical museum but a very good value hotel for staying in regardless of proximity to museum!! Excellent breakfast choices and staff working hard to replenish items and keeping coffee machine going. Free parking in a generous car park. Comfy bed, mattress and pillows. good functioning bathroom

The room was small and cosy, perfect for a one night stay in Speyer. Located very well, its well served by buses and within waking distance from the Dom (15-20 min). Very nice breakfast.

The bathroom could be renovated a bit. For instance, the shower head was quite covered with calcar (totally understandable and common here in Germany, but I'd not expect it in a hotel), and the walls obviously need regular treatment and paint for the humidity. It was however overall fine for my stay.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.It was late and I was exhausted and they welcomed me with a cheerful and helpful smile!....the rooms were clean and comfortable,the breakfast was very good...My stay was easy to book online...I was in the area for work and would gladly stay there again..THANK YOU FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE
