Very central location, everything was new, clean, and modern. The staff responded to our needs, comfortable bed, air conditioning.

We were told we could pay in cash, but the amount was charged to our card, which was very uncomfortable. Alan didn’t work for days, the hairdryer was broken, and we had to actively ask for a baby chair in the room. One staff member was not very accommodating, while another was. The hotel is generally not child-friendly — more suitable for business travelers, singles, or couples, not families. Closet was very small.

Everything was new and spacious. The location was literally a few steps away from the city center. Surprisingly the room was very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the bedding lovely. I was appreciative of the coffee maker and the nice sparkling water. The bar area is very nicely designed and had several large lounge areas. It wasn’t very crowded at all, which was a bit unexpected for a city that vibrant just around the corner.

There really wasn’t anything wrong with the property or facilities. It was a little confusing with several entrances to the hotel and finding our way around. There are several elevators that made it confusing.

The staff at reception desk was a marvel: professional, efficient, adaptive for difficult situations and very friendly. Location is right near the historical center, in easy reach by short walk. Room was very clean and comfortable for sleep and some office work

Staff at the breakfast room was clearly not at their best: room untidy, crumbles everywhere, polite requests of elder guests waved away like nasty flies. I hope it was just a bad day. Breakfast itself was fine to me, though. Parking facilities are 100m outside on a ground level parking deck. Parking needs to be paid in advance, 8€/24h. Adjacent building is a former town post office and quite a maze for night entrance

Very dirty/dusty bike cellar . Fridge did not cool down properly . Staff at check in should have better explained how to access and find your room. We got the room (349)which was further rest away from the reception, without telling us where the nearest lift was resulting into 20 minutes walking around the hotel and trying to find our room.

Room was compact, but clean & functional for a short stay. Having AC, a refrigerator, & coffee service was appreciated. Personnel (when available) was hospitable, helpful, & bilingual. Hauptbahnhof was an easy 15 minute walk.

Breakfast was expensive for what was offered, and should be expanded or price-inclusive. In general, the hotel would benefit from having additional staff to reduce wait times for guests.

We ordered a luxury twin room suite … and I was really disappointed that the twin was a double bed with a TINY cot bed under the a/c unit. The room was cool and we couldn’t change the temperature other than turning off the air circulation machine I was too tired to complain …

Great spot in Speyer in the city center. Friendly receptionist granted us early access to our room because of the heat, happy it had good airco, which was needed as it was between 36 and 40 degrees during our stay. Comfy bed and great shower. Parking possible in a nearby parking garage (or outside which we obviously didn't do this time). Will book this again next time.

Very nice interior. Well maintained and clean. Beds very comfortable, on the firmer side. Good location in the city center.

The staff I spoke to barely spoke any English. The hotel points you to scummy parking lot (check google reviews). Just avoid it and park at the large one that's like €4/day. it's a bit far (15 minutes on foot) and pay for it via an app without any issues.

Central location and less than 400 meters from The Speyer Dom Square, rooms were spacious and welcoming and staff were friendly and helpful.

Parking, the hotel has no parking so you need to use the city car parks, if you’re lucky then you get a place. The city charges parking until to 19.00 However you need to buy a ticket before 7am for a maximum of 2 hours.

Location was perfect right in town. The hotel was fresh and clean, rooms were perfect. Staff were lovely, especially Annette who was amazing during our stay. Definitely will be staying here again.
