Everything went smoothly. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is excellent with extra items for kids and even a pancake machine. Our room, while small, was comfortable and well equipped. Room had an aircon which was desperately needed. They also run a small bar, have coffee, tea and some sweets in the reception area. We would definitely stay again and can recommend the place. It is within walking distance of the Technik Museum, the cathedral, inner city and the river.

Very minor improvement was that a request we made during our booking was confirmed by email but on the day we had to ask again for it. Also our door cards stopped working after the first night. All were dealt with swiftly and friendly by the staff and it did not feel bothersome. The reception and bar aircon was broken during our stay, as it was about 35 degree we felt bad for the staff. But it is going to be fixed shortly.

location is super-convenient - walking distance from Speyer Technical Muzeum (like 10 mins walk), area is close to the historical center with lots of shops and restaurants. reception was very friendly and helpful: we asked for a heardryer, needed to print couple of pages for my son's virtual language class, borrowed balls for a smal pool in the lobby - assistance was instantly provided with a smile. True hospitality! breakfast was very good as well - nice selection and perfect quality, can't ask more for the price we got a connection suite - often, but not always available in other hotels good parking

some people say the interior is old. Which is true, but seems to be a result of normal wear - nothing was malfunctioning in our connection suite, and little scratches here and there were left by previous guests. to my taste - air was dusty because of carpets. Wet cleaning with e.g. carpet extractor machine from time to time can make the difference. Red Cross station next to hotel might cause some noize from the coming/leaving ambulance cars. there were 2 or 3 during our stay. Nothing can be done by hotel, just consider that.

Breakfast room is very comfortable and relaxing and the range of good was good.

Got temporarily blocked in the car park as they tryed to accommodate more cars than it was made for. We were told on arrival that if the car park was full we would have to find an alternative but this appeared not to apply to other people.

Fantastic, welcoming, light, airy, hotel, unexpectedly the best on our 10-day European trip whilst also being the cheapest. Large, clean, air-conditioned room, welcoming hotel bar with local newspaper and great beer and wine, delicious breakfast with great bread. Great, attentive service: breakfast trays quietly, quickly, and efficiently replaced; nice atmosphere with quiet good-quality music. Superb location ten minutes on foot from the 1,000-year-old cathedral and the main shopping street, yet absolutely directly off the B 39 from the Rhine bridge. (over only one set of lights from the main turn and you're there!) If hotel parking should be full there are other possibilities nearby.

The hotel was within easy walking distance of the beautiful town centre of Speyer and not too far from the river either (15 min walk or 3 mins in a car). The room was modern and comfortable and had air con which was needed as it was very hot. There was a decent breakfast with lots of choice and convenient parking around the back. Compared to other hotels in the area the price was very reasonable.

The location and private parking are excellent. Only a five minutes walk into the town center. Sea life and Technik museum were reachable on foot. The car stayed parked the whole time. Breakfast buffet was great. Available from six in the morning. Convenient for early risers.

The breakfast was excellent with many choices and the staffs always come in for refill. The kids loved the pancake machine the most. The location is very convenient, we are few steps away from the alstadt. The hotel is also really quiet, great for family.

Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been good. I think this is a minimum requirement in a hotel room.

We had two double rooms connected by a door for a family of 3. Breakfast was great. The reception staff was super friendly. The location was PERFECT!! Walking distance to everything.

Standard level of service, very friendly staff, close to the city center and the famous technical museum. Large parking lot at the hotel.

The room for two people was very small, but sufficient for one guest.
