Friendly staff. When we arrived there was a small mistake (only two beds were made instead of three), but it was taken care of immediately and very friendly. Breakfast was amazing. The room was nice and spacious.

The shower was not very stable and kept turning to the side. Very crowded during breakfast. Perhaps we were unlucky, because when we had breakfast an entire group for a bus trip was there and we had to share a table with others. That was a very nice encounter with very friendly people, but it shouldn't be necessary to share a table with strangers in a hotel in order to have space at breakfast. Everything was finished all the time and the lady at breakfast was working very hard to resupply everything. It seemed too much for 1 person. Lines for the coffee machine. The location was actually not very convenient. A bit far from the center and hardly any restaurants in the vicinity.

Parking was the only downside and understanding were you could park on the roads around the hotel as we only managed to park our car on the hotel forecourt twice in our stay -hotel staff again explained where we could park on the street around the hotel

The room was very small and a little claustrophobic, window opened on to street.Bathroom was tiny.Room looked nothing like the photos.Breakfast was nothing special as everything's had virtually gone by the time we came down and nothing seemed to be replenished Overall very disappointed with this hotel

The hotel was clean and nice. The staff was super helpful especially the person at the front desk. Asked for an extra bed in the room and it was not a problem. Helped solve a parking issue. The breakfast was worth the price highly recommended. Location is fantastic.

Cannot think a problem with the property.

Great location with a quick 10 min walk to the city centre. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 and dog in the family suite. The rooms were sound proof which was a plus when our Littles got a bit noisy and I knew no one was being disturbed. The breakfast was really good as well. They even accommodated us an extra night.

The beds and pillows were not that comfortable.

People at reception and bar were just awesome: we spend long time driving and were tired, but they made us feel welcome and relaxed, and everything else went smoothly. The room was small but comfortable. Breakfast was rich and tasty, even for the kids. We didn’t have a chance to walk the city, but the hotel is definitely situated just right - everything you’d like to see is in 20 mins walk radius.

The stafg went out of their way to help us. We arrived late as a family-but were offered tarte flambee by the reception staff, along with drinks. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was also exceptional!

Breakfast was fantastic!! Spoilt for choice. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, both Klaus when we arrived who was a delight Ashe really makes you feel welcome, and also at checkout we got great service!

Breakfast had lots of options, and was tasty. Plenty of outlets for charging, and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the free drink for choosing the eco option for linens.

The first night, there was a very strong smell of char in my room, as if the kitchen was venting into my room or something. I couldn't tell where it was coming from, and no one answered at the front desk when I called to report it.

Absolutely professional staff, friendly. Klaus was fantastic and interacted with us 🤗 Great location close to the Main Street. Breakfast amazing 🤩
