Very clean tidy and very comfortable bed, great value for money. The staff were all very helpful, couldn’t do enough for me. They loaned me various phone and laptop charging adaptors, they even went to get their own personal ones for me. They were also very flexible on the check out time. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing all good

The interior design of the hotel's restaurant is superb with this beautiful staircase going to conference rooms. Some of hotel and restaurant's staffs are approachable. The location is the best, if you have a short musical vacation. Apollo theater and the hotel are literally in the building of SI Centrum connected to each other thru a hallway... Our room has unobstructed, magnificent view of the Stuttgart TV Tower

The water supply for the toilet tank isn't enough. We needed to press so hard for at least 3 seconds to flush. (Vielleicht auch verkalkt.) The used water while taking a shower needed lots of time to drain. Please take a look and do something about this, dear management. Some of hotel and restaurant's staffs need to learn how to smile. The breakfast is expensive (almost 18€ per head) for not so huge varieties and choices of food.

unfortunately they have changed the place where the breakfast was done before. the quality of the food and the options has been reduced and the worst- the new place has a to floors and 2 steps in the middle of the saloon….myself and my wife realised that is not convenient for people walking holding coffee and even dangerous for old people. the place before was much better. some upgrade are also necessary.

The room was great and the beds very comfortable! We also really enjoyed the free minibar and had a good laugh about the various funny signs around the room. The location was also ideal for us since we were only in Stuttgart to go to the musical which was on the next property over.

For the price the breakfast wasn't as good or diverse as I had hoped. Would've enjoyed more variety (more spreads and yogurts) and more fresh fruits (the fruit salad didn't appear to be with super fresh fruits).

Location to the theatre which was why we were there, is perfect. Good to be able to walk from your room right in to the venue! Esp when weather is bad! Very pleasant stay. Expensive breakfast for what is was.

With the third lift being out of action, getting down from the 15 th floor for breakfast, was interesting!!

This was theeee best hotel bed I’ve ever slept in, in all my travels. The linen was just as exquisite and the views were amazing too. An absolute beauty with so much comfort.

I wish I could have stayed longer.

the staff does not come to clean the room, no sheets changed, no bath linen! and it was for 3 days all my stays! this is unacceptable

The beds were elevated a lot off of the ground, which was very nice. The bathroom was huge and included a tub, as I had requested! Also, there were funny little signs of how to use the amenities in both German and English. Great layout of the room in general. Location was amazing, considering I booked it for the closeness of the Palladium Theatre. Breakfast was enormous - if you left feeling hungry, it was your own fault, haha!

There was a bit of dust in the bathroom and on some of the surfaces, but nothing that bothered me.

The room was well appointed and clean. The located was very good for the purpose of the trip.

The room air conditioner was not very effective.
