The hotel is in a very good location. The rooms are very clean. We were allowed to enter the room early. The Turkish lady who started working on the day we stayed was very kind and helpful. Everything was great but I have a complaint. We forgot our son's toy in the room. We wanted to go up to the room to check the room before checking out. They didn't let us. They said they checked and there were no toys in the room. They said we could have taken them in our bags. But we were sure it wasn't in our bags. It was a valuable toy for us. Other than that, everything was great. All the staff and everyone at the reception were very good. Also, I bought it with breakfast included but they said it was a mistake and I bought the option without breakfast. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel.

Well located near aiirport ,.very friendly staff at the restaurant

We requested an extra bed, and instead, we got the sofa bed, which was already included in the room. (Even though I requested the bed in advance and was confirmed by the hotel, the man at reception said there was no request, I had to show my messages on the app with the hotel) at the end reception arranged the bed. Breakfast was not so good, no bread in the buffet for a long time, they don't clean after the customers leave the tables (only dishes but not if someone leaves the egg covers dropped in the floor), we needed to look for cutlery. Perhaps they didn't have enough staff, but I won't be back. We had the plan to stay in our way back from our trip, but we cancelled our other reservation and stayed somewhere else for the same price (even a bit cheaper).

The rooms were perfectly clean and comfortable.

The lady manager was very nervous and sharp with us, so I’m glad her colleague helped us with the rooms and everything. We wanted to book 2 more triple rooms for friends of 6 people, but she refused to give is because no available, even on booking shows to have fee rooms. And she gave us price 2 times more expensive than on booking.com. The hotel had too many guests and she couldn’t handle the stress of managing it all. The price of 24€ for breakfast is a bit too much.

Rooms & Ambiance - The rooms are excellent. Very clean and Super comfortable beds. Rooms had kettle too. Wifi - The wifi is good Location - It has excellent connectivity by trains and busses. The train station and the bus stop is 2 minutes from the hotel There is a supermarket close by. Transportation - You can reach the central station in 20 minutes Staff - Polite staff Overall - Very nice hotel to stay.

We could not have breakfast at the hotel as it was very expensive. The rooms just had a kettle but no coffee cups. When we asked the hotel staff. They just gave sugar sachets and did not respond properly.

A welcoming modern hotel with excellent convenient location. We had a little booking issue but the staff at the reception sorted it out quickly and to our satisfaction. Free parking is also a big plus.

Everything was as you would expect. The only thing to mention is that there seems to be limited parking spaces considering the size and location of the hotel.

We came to Stuttgart to see the Tarzan Musical currently on stage in the Palladium Stage Theatre - the location was convenient and in walking distance (~ 30 min.). We also highly appreciated the possibility of parking the car in the garage. The additional breakfast was rich, even though a bit pricy. The bed was super comfy!

it was very easy to get to. The restaurant was very good - good food at a decent price - much better than what is offered at similarly priced hotels.

The gym needs a revamp. There isn't much equipment and it could do with a running machine and some free weights.

The hotel is very close to the airport, hence easy access. Very friendly staffs and delicious breakfast (although they served the same food over the 3 days I stayed there). The WiFi was good too.

Nothing much- perhaps they can provide more water bottles in the room. They only provided one and you have to buy the next ones.

We really like the very spacious and airy rooms, everything is super clean and new. The location is a bit far from the center, but right in front of the hotel there is a subway station, which is very well connected to other parts of the city.

We stayed only 1 night, so it was more for overnight stay. Nevertheless, the hotel team was very positive in communication and ready to help. The location is good if you need to go to Messe and/or airport area.
