Comfortable beds, lovely staff

Lobby downstairs was very cozy with a nice atmosphere. Room had everything we needed for just one night and was very clean. It was super quiet, could not hear the streets at all, only the beep from other hotel guests entering their room sometimes.

Dog costs 25 euro for one night but no extra amenities for them provided (could offer a treat or beds/mats/bowls/poop bags). We did bring all of that ourselves but other hotels are either cheaper per night for the dog or offer these extras for the same money. Parking is also 20 euro per night if you don't want to park on the streets, which is quite expensive.

Nice, clean hotel with good vibe. Cosy and welcoming rooms. Good breakfast with extended schedule. Very close to the metro station with direct connection to the city center and the airport.

Gluten free products at the breakfast would have been a plus. The cutlery and napkins were not always refilled on the tables and there were no additional ones in the buffet area, so you had to ask for clean ones. The English level of the staff was lower than expected. Blankets are a little narrow.

Very nice hotel for those who don't want to spend much money and enjoy Stuttgart in high demand season. Hotel was very clean and staff very friendly. Very quiet area. Distance from and to airport just 3 stations by train. Distance to Stuttgart center was almost 25 min, but trains were every 10 min, and distance to train stop from hotel just 3 min walk. For my needs this hotel was perfect...

We booked two rooms for two nights, and it was definitely worth the money we spent. The hotel was about half an hour away from the city center by metro, but the metro station was just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and always available. In particular, Sina and Omid were among the best staff members. The breakfast was excellent and offered a wide variety of options.

The room and bathroom were lovely, very clean and comfortable.

When I arrived (late because I'd been detained by the border police at the airport!) I was really tired and hungry and there was a long queue to check in at reception. One staff member was dealing with us while his colleague was chatting to him. The chatty one then went outside for a cigarette. Not the best service when there's a queue of people. Had he helped us instead of smoking we all would have been checked in much faster, so my first impression was very poor.

A small cooler / fridge would be nice. Have it optional for people who have a longer stay like I had. A way to lock the wheels on the beds would be nice as well.

Two single beds instead of a bigger double bed. Blanket was a bit narrow.

Perfect location in outskirts of Stuttgart. Easy access to U-Bahn. The Niu Mesh soap had very pleasant fragrance. Very nice and proffesional people serving on the reception desk. Nice and modern lobby, including the bar area - indeed a great design and beautiful colors are all over The Niu Mesh

Expensive parking in the hotel - 5€ / day would be ok, but 20€ ehh. There Is a plenty room outside the hotel however for parking, so it's up to each visitor to decide.

Everything was clean, staff was exceptionally friendly. They had great vegan options in the breakfast.

I found the parking to be very overpriced when there is so much free parking around. So I just parked for free, but it would have been nice to go in the lot because they had a charger for my car.

I can say to all the staff of The Niu thank you. I like the bartender. She look always that the glasses are all clean and she friendly.

The bath mirror have N+A written. Housekeeping never clean the 🙉🙊🙈 OMG for real N+A lift your mark at the mirror of hotel. 🤦🤦‍♀️🤦
