Comfortable beds, lovely staff

Mainly having to pay 20 euros for parking This wasn't mentioned in their website site

We booked two rooms for two nights, and it was definitely worth the money we spent. The hotel was about half an hour away from the city center by metro, but the metro station was just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and always available. In particular, Sina and Omid were among the best staff members. The breakfast was excellent and offered a wide variety of options.

The room and bathroom were lovely, very clean and comfortable.

When I arrived (late because I'd been detained by the border police at the airport!) I was really tired and hungry and there was a long queue to check in at reception. One staff member was dealing with us while his colleague was chatting to him. The chatty one then went outside for a cigarette. Not the best service when there's a queue of people. Had he helped us instead of smoking we all would have been checked in much faster, so my first impression was very poor.

Perfect location in outskirts of Stuttgart. Easy access to U-Bahn. The Niu Mesh soap had very pleasant fragrance. Very nice and proffesional people serving on the reception desk. Nice and modern lobby, including the bar area - indeed a great design and beautiful colors are all over The Niu Mesh

Expensive parking in the hotel - 5€ / day would be ok, but 20€ ehh. There Is a plenty room outside the hotel however for parking, so it's up to each visitor to decide.

Everything was clean, staff was exceptionally friendly. They had great vegan options in the breakfast.

I found the parking to be very overpriced when there is so much free parking around. So I just parked for free, but it would have been nice to go in the lot because they had a charger for my car.

I can say to all the staff of The Niu thank you. I like the bartender. She look always that the glasses are all clean and she friendly.

The bath mirror have N+A written. Housekeeping never clean the 🙉🙊🙈 OMG for real N+A lift your mark at the mirror of hotel. 🤦🤦‍♀️🤦

Clean , near airport , great service , breakfast is super great . Rooms are clean And there us an AC . Reception is 24/7

Rooms little small No rooms for families , we got two seperate rooms . I wish if they had double rooms or suite rooms . But we liked it

Great location for the expo we attended. It was right next to the tram stop and had a great area nearby to run in (recommended by the hotel) The Sauna was excellent and the atmosphere at the hotel was great.

As a Brit I wore a swimsuit in the sauna and half expected other people using it to be naked - it is Germany after all so it was a small surprise but not unexpected.

Stayed at Hotel Inn near the airport for one night due to an early morning flight, and it was a great choice for a short stay. The location is extremely convenient – just a few minutes from the airport, which made my travel much easier and stress-free.

Close to the U-Bahn with air conditioned rooms de great in the summer months. Very friendly and helpful reception.

Far from city centre, but a direct connection to the central station. Maybe better suited for guests wanting to be closer to the airport.
