The room size was big and everything was clean. Surprisely, walkout stage and yoga mat are available in the room. Radio system in the shower room. Good for family traveller.

Booking.com should have staed that this hotel's in-house underground parking (P3) in unavailable in the period from 10.06.2025 - 12.09.2025, However, the neighboring underground garages (P1 and P2) are available within walking distance. Some area may not have no elevator and customer may required to carry their luggages in stairs. Additionally, water leaking from the shower room. We need to collect extra towels from the check-in desk to dry up the floor to sure no unexpected accident.

We had a great stay at this apartment. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of tasty options. Although the apartment is located a bit farther from the train station and city center, it is very well connected by public transport. We could easily get anywhere in about 30 minutes by taking U5 or U6, then changing to U3, which made getting around the city simple and efficient. The area was quiet and safe, and overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Great value for money, with comfort, cleanliness, and a good breakfast to start the day. Highly recommended!

If you are going to that location, you should definitely choose this place. It is very modern, everything has been thought of, I give it 7 stars not 5. It is not luxurious but modern and comfortable. It has everything you need. The joy of bubbles in the musical bath ☺️, the little sweety details thought out for the children in the family room, very comfortable solutions in the kitchen. This is not a hotel, it is a furnished, modern studio apartment. We were very comfortable with the children. If we had time, we would have stayed longer. Our hotel evaluations will be very different from now on. I definitely recommend it and it is worth every penny you pay.

Excellent value for money. Very cool rooms. Very spacious and fancy. I loved that the bathroom had a radio and nice lighting. The shower is amazing. There is a fridge and big desk. Instant coffee and hot chocolate available. In the main building there is iron and iron board and I think a washing machine. I don't know the rules (who can use and when) because I didn't use them.

There was some construction work going on and just out of our room there were some naked cables, even if not working is not nice to have this image. The (payed) parking is quite far from the rooms and it's not very convenient if you have lot's of things. They sent me an email about doing self check-in but the link wasn't working. I did self check-in at the hotel. There is a gym that is tiny.. i think 3 pieces of gym equipment.

We had booked the largest suite and it was very comfortable for our 3 nights stay. Separate bedroom, nice bathroom, and spacious living room with dining table made our stay to feel like being home. The breakfast room was very nice first two mornings when there was not too many guests at the same time. Food selection was good enough for different preferences, however first and the last mornings there wasn't anything to accompany with scrambled eggs. Still the other selection was enough to get ready for daily program. Parking was conveniently located right under the hotel buildings and it was easy to bring luggage to room with elevator straight from the parking. Hotel is well located and you are able to reach Stuttgart easily by car or public transport. Also, the neighborhood has nice selection of restaurants for dining purposes. We decided to dine near hotel in the evenings after busy day programs.

Last morning the breakfast room was too crowded and there wasn't enough food available for all guests. It might be good to inform guests in advance which time is less crowded. We went last morning for breakfast at 7.50 and it was already completely full.

Accommodation suite provided everything I needed, plenty of space, comfortable bed, good bathroom & kitchen facility. Laundry room facility was very functional & cheap with 2 Euros to wash clothes + 2 Euros to tumble dry. Laundry room was provided on ground floor of "C" and "D" block of apartments. Very handy for +/-2wk stay. Breakfast was excellent (17€ charge) with some hot items & plentiful continental options. Hotel bar stayed open until late for residents & bar staff (Peter & Qorab) were excellent hosts. Local U-bahn train was just a short 5min walk away - from Pleininger Strasse station.

Evening food options are limited & are more like late snacking options, pizzas, club sandwich etc. Evening meals were best taken outside the hotel. Local options were a 'burger bar' across the road & decent pub food at The Dubliner Irish bar across the road in another hotel complex, less than 5min walk away. My 13 night stay was expensive - but comparable with other hotels - due to EUROs football championships.

EV Charger and secure parking. Buzzy atmosphere in the cafe area. Reasonably close to the Old Town.Staff all very friendly and helpful, in spite of what I say below. (Especially with access when we first arrived.) The room was quiet at night and we weren't disturbed even though there was a footpath outside which we thought would cause a problem

There was no kettle in the room and when we queried this we were told that they'd run out. This was not the way to do it. They should have offered to sort it out at once - just a short walk to a nearby store, surely? Once I contacted the 'help' contact it was sorted immediately! Breakfast looked good but quality not fantastic and much more restricted in how much we could have than our other stays elsewhere on our trip e.g. just one coffee, a rather short-sighted approach, I thought.

Highly recommended. Had an economy room but it was massive. Comfy bed, super clean. Loved having a balcony too. Bathroom was spacious and well lit. Super hot and powerful shower. Excellent breakfast. Really fresh and loved that there was lactose free dairy options. The little jars to combat plastic waste are great too as are the other efforts to be green throughout the hotel. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The little bar is cute. The club sandwich was delish. Getting to the centre of Stuttgart was easy as the tram stop was close and didn't take too long either.

Needed a decent cup of tea. Wasn't keen on the loose leaf tea.

Stayed here for the Euro 2024 game in Stuttgart with a group of friends. The room was huge, great shower and lovely balcony. The city is easily reached by public transport and the U6 line to the airport is close by.

Got an email a few days before check in that football fans were getting a €500 deposit held on each room on credit card. Called Booking and as this is not in the contract, we did not pay it. Mix up at check in when the lady gave 4 of us the same room key and tried to explain that they were 2 different rooms (with exactly same room number). Booking . Com showed that breakfast was included at time of reservation - hotel wanted to charge €17 per person per night so we went to Aral petrol station across the road and got roll and coffee for the balcony.

Very nice hotel with huge suites, very convenient for our family of 5. Kids especially liked the bunk bed and the chalk board. The breakfast room is beautiful, breakfast itself is very decent, and they also serve good pizza and drinks for purchase in the evening. The entire staff was exceptional, extremely nice and helpful.

The entrance to the garage is tricky to find, especially if using Apple Maps.
