Absolutely wonderful stay – would gladly return! I spent 3 nights at the Ibis Hotel in Stuttgart and everything was simply perfect. The location is excellent – close to public transport, shops, and restaurants, making it super convenient to explore the city. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The service was outstanding – the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile. Their hospitality really made me feel welcome and at ease. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for more.

Tasty breakfast buffet, clean and spacious room, friendly hotel staff. We loved the children play zone as well as dedicated tableware for little eaters was a nice thing to find at a breakfast zone. Mobility hub (train, tram and busses) are within 7-10min walking distance as well as grocery shop within 10min distance. We will return to stay at this hotel aslo the next time when visiting Stuttgart ♡

The staff were very helpful after we could not park in the car park. Due to our car numberplate could not be recognised by the cameras, so we had to park at staff car park which was closer for us. Very clean rooms.

The bins just near the hotel going towards the tram line are very unattractive, they where full af stuff and smelly. It's not on the hotel premises but not giving any justice to the place.l

clean room with comfortable beds. Very generous breakfast buffet with many options, gluten free options on request. For 15€ per person there are many choices (breads, salads, yoghurt, coffemachine, tea selection, pancake machine, eggs and bacon,..). Kind and friendly staff. The one time we wanted to take a taxi, we asked at reception and the taxi arrived in under 5 minutes. Location was 5 minutes away from a S-Bahn und U-Bahn-station/stop. Location close to the "Palladinum Theater" by taxi or public transport.

Laundry. The receptionist at the desk who took my clothes for cleaning promised next day return that didn't happen because the clothes weren't handed over on time. But his successors on duty the next night not only moved heaven and earth to try and get my clothes back same day, but when they couldn't delivered a fruit basket with an apologetic note to my room. Innocent mistake and I appreciated the way the hotel took ownership -- including the customer service rep I emailed.

Location was great for us visiting family in Vaihingen but in walking distance to train station. Booking.com booking had failed to register on the hotel system but they luckily had a family room available and honoured or original reservation. Breakfasts were fine - no gluten free options but good availability of oat or lactose free milk for my daughter. Very few tv channels were available and no English speaking but excellent wifi so my kids were able to stream some tv when we weren’t out and about.

The noise levels weren’t great at first floor. Air con didn’t seem to work efficiently despite high temperatures some days of our visits but when windows were open we could smell cigarette smoke and street noise quite intensely.

We booked a 3 bed room. It was spacius and very clean. Also good temperature during summer, in another hotel without a/c we suffered. The breakfast is excellent 👌. We stayed there to be close to the central Vaihingen train station, just 5 minutes walk. Direct connection to airport in 15 minutes from there with S2 train.

Very nice property in a nice location. Close to REWE. The room was perfect and clean with amenities as mentioned in the booking. We were 3 adults in one room (2 senior citizens) and considering their first stay in Germany, it met all the expectations.

Check-in took a bit more time as the staff was out numbered to handle all the guests at night. Also, she was new. But it was acceptable. No problems hereafter.

Well located near Vaihingen Train Station. Easy connections to everywhere , University of Stuttgart , airport or city center . Nice breakfast .Very polite and friendly staff . Very clean room .

The room is quite small. No fridge or simply differentiators like a simple kettle or a glass of water etc.

It was a very charming family hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the buffet had a variety of choices. The bed was very comfortable. Perfect hotel for a business or family trip (2-3 days) and located nearest a train station.

There were no amenities in the room (kettle, toiletries, etc.). You could buy some amenities downstairs but it costed a couple of Euros (£1-£4).
