Staff was top notch, made sure the stay was great. Especially Natalie but also Angela, Noah, and Selena. Value for cost was great. The place could use a little sprucing up and maybe new carpet/paint, but the rooms were large for the price and the bed was very comfortable. Location was top for my needs, many restaurants and shops very nearby. Parking was secure, breakfast was another great value for the money. Again, cannot say enough goo things about the staff, absolutely the best! Professional and helpful throughout my stay.

Some aesthetics could use a refresh/update.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent WiFi. The hotel is above a shopping centre and near plenty of restaurants, as well as public transport. Being able to open the windows is great, but when they are closed, you cannot hear any noise. There are plates and cutlery available for use with a takeaway - since the restaurant seems to be permanently closed now.

The restaurant has been closed for years now. It would be nice to be able to have a quiet meal without leaving the hotel. Breakfast used to be much better, with more choice. I had agreed at check-in that I would only have breakfast some mornings, when other family were staying in the same hotel, and pay when I checked out. However, every morning the staff at breakfast told me I did not book breakfast and would have to pay for it.

Great location, close to public transport, shops, restaurants and my family. The breakfast was reasonably priced and great. I liked the modern vibe, the room was well laid out and had most of the necessities.

I was initially given a key card for a room that was occupied by another guest. The staff rectified this but there was some miscommunication that lead to this error. This was a bit scary given I’m a solo female traveler.

I did not like the fact that there was no signs for the hotel or hotel parking within the underground parking structure. You literally had to go up to the infor sign within the Mall gallery to find out where the hotel was. Once we found that and this was on a German Holiday and then the doors to go through where locked. Had to go around the building to gain access to hotel.

The room was functional, modern, clean, well equipped, comfortable and the water pressure and temperature regulation while showering was perfect. The Hotel is in a central location and sports easy access to the adjoining shopping mall with food court. I especially appreciated the terrace on the second floor, where one can sit outside, relax, read, eat ...etc. as an alternative to a balcony. A further plus is the fact that you can open the window in the hotel room, and so have a choice between AC or fresh air.

On the whole it was really very quiet, as the rooms are well insulated. The exception being that, for certain periods lasting up to +- 10-15 minutes, a penetrating, ongoing sound like an APU whining throb reverberated through the room. This was especially marked during the night. I'm not sure where it originated from, but definitely from outside the room, so it wasn't anything I could switch off.

Booked for the second time for a fair, very convenient location (the fair can be reached by car in 15 minutes). Garage available, for a fee. The staff was always very kind and helpful. Very varied breakfast, both sweet and savory (excellent scrambled eggs and bacon). Large and quiet room, large bathroom, large shower. A great hotel worth considering.

The location above the galleria is fantastic. Good restaurants across the street and in the mall. The apartment style room with a kitchen is great for long stays.

The internet seems to disconnect often, could just be my Apple devices.

The Size & interior of room was very nice, lights in the rooms were nice. in the breakfast there were lot of variety available. The location was also quite good. connectivity with U-Bahn, S-Bahn, Supper Markets etc. was good.

Only one missing thing and that is TV WiFi connection. it required for long duration stay.

breakfast was very good. The fitness area was a real pleasure to find. The common spaces were comfortable and inviting. large windows added to the enjoyable design of the facility.

The wifi did not work most of the time, so I spent much time at the coffee shop around the corner. The wood of the nightstands and desk is worn out and needs replaced.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. STAFF: very very friendly and helpful. Had to make couple of modifications to my original booking, there was no problem at all, they did it all right. ROOM: big room, comfy beds, clean. Nothing to say, was really good. LOCATION: in the center of Vahinhen, integrated in a shopping mall. Very convenient location. BREAKFAST: good. PARKING: no problem to park my car in the underground parking, you have to pay it apart.
