This facility is within walking distance to main railway station and if with luggage then it is just 3 stations from Charlotteplatz or a single station from HBF. The U-Bahn station is right in front of the hotel and getting off the train and into the hotel takes about 1 min. Milaneo mall right next to it had a selection of shops for our needs and nice restaurants around the Square where the hotel is located. Hotel is new, peaceful and clean. Breakfast is simple but quite satisfactory. A special mention for the wonderful staff. Manager Mr. Yasin was very polite and Ms. Mona at the reception was professional, warm with a can-do attitude. She deserves the biggest praise in our Hampton experience.

A small fridge in the room would be great. We were there when Germany was sizzling hot and cold drinks even late at night were welcome.

The staff were amazing and very polite and helpful. The room was always being cleaned until we put do not disturb on the door so we don't make more work for the cleaning staff when there's no need for it. The place was very quiet even though it is right next to the station. Overall we didn't have any issues and had a pleasant experience.

The room was very small but we managed because we were only sleeping there and were out all day long. The bathroom door is a sliding one and most of what you're doing inside could be heard in the room. It wasn't that big of a problem but some may want to know that.

Hotel is super clean, beds are very comfortable, very silent at night, 5 min walk from central station

In our room it was extra bed, and it was absolutely no place to move in the room. We collected it and asked receptionist to send someone to collect the extra mattress and bed sheets. No one was coming for an hour so we just put it all in the corridor because we wanted to sleep a little after the early train. And suddenly someone started to open our door. Husband warned not to enter, door blocker was activated , but the person was keep on hitting the door to that lock. When husband opened the door there was Arab person apparently from the hotel staff. He wasn’t speaking English, so no explanation why did he wanted to enter our room so persistently. All the day while being outside I was actually warring about our belongings in the room due to that incident. But thanks god nothing happened.

I like the complimentary breakfast, still delicious but not as good as 3 years ago when I had all you can eat bacon everyday. Still I would go back for the awesome location walking distance from the train stations, restaurants and the mall. Shower bathroom was amazing! I really had good showers with perfect temperature.

The room 710 i find it awkward when you enter because it is too near the bathroom. You have to open the door really wide for you to enter. I just hope there is complimentary water in the room just like years ago. Now you have to buy it yourself downstairs. I know the water in Germany is potable and safe to drink but it would be so much perfect if there is a complimentary water when you arrive.

The staff were all super helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was excellent, right next to a Mall with restaurants and right next to the U-bahn so getting around was cheap and simple. Our trip was for a birthday and the very friendly staff at breakfast came over with 3 mini muffins (we were a party of 3) with a candle and gave a personal birthday greeting. How wonderful.

The staff was very helpful and super kind! They answered all our questions, gave us some advises about places to visit, and made the check-in and check-out super smooth. Also, thanks Mona for all your lovely compliments! It was a real pleasure to exchange with you during our stay :)

The room was super warm... we tried to put the aircon on but we couldn't set it to the temperature we wanted. It was really the only downside.

Having Breakfast was nice. The staff was very good with helping us navigate the city.

Due to the construction going on at the train station it would have been nice to know about exiting the train station on the right side has a relatively short walk to the hotel. It would be nice if a notice could be sent to those who book reservations. The staff was great in letting us know after we arrived.

A short walk from the main train station and a public transport stop right next to the hotel. The facility was neat and clean. The room was clean with a comfortable temperature setting available. Breakfast was great - much more than a standard European breakfast. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient.

The room was cramped for three people and the sleeper couch not as comfortable. But still not the worst ever.

When I was sitting in the lobby some couple of customers asked for missing coffee in their room and they were responded with “unfortunately we are out of stock” sort of response. It was sad to witness this. It should not be that difficult to make a customer happy especially w he n it is so easy to make someone with a cup of coffee.

Great location! Right next to the metro station, big mall, library and walking distance to the main railway station. Room was nice, a bit cramped for 3 people but clean and had a nice view of the railyard (nice if you're a train enthusiast ;) They let us leave our bags at the reception for several hours.

The breakfast was lackluster. A lot of variety but less so in quality. Also the dining room was way to small for all the guests that came to eat in the morning. The price for the room was alright because I booked well in advance. It would be less so if I booked last minute.
