The hotel and indeed the whole area seem to be newly built in the last few years so the architecture is modern and the buildings sufficiently new that there's nothing falling apart. The room was modern and clean, the bathroom great with good water pressure. My window gave out to the local library - not the best but can't complaint either. Pillows were firmer than normally found in a hotel, always a welcome surprise.
€15 added to my bill for checking in an hour early.... An unnecessary way of extracting a bit of cash from the guest.

Great lobby with seating, snack area and bar. Beds were comfortable. Decor was nice. Enclosed shower was nice to contain water. Mall across the street. Lots of restaurants in the area. Splash pad / fountain nearby. Access to the train station and public transit very close by.
Air conditioning was set to a limit that you couldn't control. Front desk staff weren't always the friendliest. Bathroom door closes completely and you have to prop it open to get any air circulation into the room. No bath fan so it gets steamy and hot. Lack of some basic amenities like tissues, small fridge and no safe was provided.

Location was pretty good, about a 15-20 minute walk from the city centre. Staff was friendly and welcoming, and we got a slight room upgrade (we booked a basic room but got a premier plus). The room was spacious enough and very clean, bathroom was also good. Moreover, it was close to a U-Bahn stop taking us directly to the Boss Open Venue (Tennis) which was the main purpose of our visit. Around the hotel there is a mall and many options for dinner as well.
The only significant thing in my opinion is that there wasn't a closet in the room, only some hangers for clothes but very little space. If it hadn't been for our stay being just a few days, we would have had to keep all our clothes in the luggage, which is not ideal. Another minor detail is that the chair at the desk of the room was very low, even for a tall person like me and it was not very comfortable to sit there while working.

Location is perfect, one metro stop from the train station and two stops from the city center. The national library is located right in front of the hotel and there is a very nice shopping center 100 meters from the hotel. Many Italian restaurants outside the hotel as well. The hotel is very clean and modern. Staff is very nice.
The room was very small, if you have two luggages, there's no space to open them. There is no fridge in the room, which is weird for such a modern and big hotel. People need the fridge to keep drinks and baby food/milk cool. There was also no water provided in the room, again, unexpected for this kind of hotel. You would expect to find at least a bottle of free water in the room.

The location is among 1 large shopping malls, and there is a train just 2 mins from the exit, and that connects to the main train station. and among other places. Hotel rooms are good. It is better to go with the premium room. which comes with complimentary water.
The complimentary water can sometime take awhile to be replenish. since they don't have all the bottles at the receptions. have to wait for the housekeeping crew to replace it, but the downside is only this because for a good cause house keeping is not every day so sometimes it gets missed out.

Room was quiet (6th floor) Beds comfortable and we had a decent sleep on our 3 nights stay.
The room had some minor issues, it got hot, as it’s a small room, so we had to sleep with the AC on during the whole night, the lowest fan speed was still quite loud. In the morning, you could smell the coffee from the breakfast, even if we were on the 6th floor. Whenever someone in the hallway closed their door, our door would clatter and we kept thinking someone was at our door, quite annoying especially during the night. Parking cost 25€ per night.

Very nice design & concept: a great hotel for a good sleep! The art of sleeping - next level, indeed with comfortable beds & all the details + very quiet. The Romanian guy from the Reception was very helpful & friendly. Very good breakfast and good coffee. Nice surroundings: restaurants & relaxing places. We enjoyed everything and we will definitely take into consideration all the Premier Inn hotels!
Indeed, the 0,5 water from the hotel is way too expensive. We knew this from the reviews, and we still didn't have any other option, since it was Sunday, everything closed!

Great location for what we needed - we didn’t need to go into the centre but if we had the train line was located next door. Friendly staff, plenty of eating places around, and car parking around the corner (didn’t use this as there is free parking on street in Sundays if you can grab a space!) but was advised is was 25€).
Not a major issue for us but there was a bar next door and depending on where you room is located you can hear the music. Nothing that pair of earplugs wouldn’t sort out if you fancied an early night, wasn’t an issue for us but good to know.

Location was fantastic and the newness of the hotel made the overall stay comfortable. Room was nothing special but it was clean and comfortable and the layout was functional.
Random fluctuation in rates from one night to next. Overall value of my invoice was fine but wild fluctuations caused difficulties with the expense system at work (one night was well under budget while the other was well over). Regardless of their own pricing algorithm, can’t they put a single night rate on the final invoice? Bar was a little stinky. I understand the need for cleanliness but if you use really harsh chemicals to clean everything, it makes it difficult to enjoy a drink and your clothes and belongings end up stinking,

Close to the trains and buses . Near to shops and restaurants . Clean rooms . Decent AC Helpful staff and keeping our bags .
No refrigerator in the room . With children this can be quite annoying . Not the hotels fault but lots of noise and banging from other rooms . Not a lot of closet/draw space , so basically living out of a suitcase . Bar area was far too expensive . I don’t mind paying more for the convenience of drinking in the hotel but 3/4 times the price is way over the odds .
