The hotel is very family and pet friendly! The breakfast and other meals there are of high quality! The poole area is clean and tastefully decorated. Bathroom in our room renovated - also in a good quality! Service from staff is exceptionally high!

The rooms in main building needs a service tjek. Its not very well isolated towards drains and the corridor - some noise from drains and a baby a room or two away kept us awake for some hours every night. If you book a two bedroom Appartment at booking.com it is an Appartment with one real bedroom and a couch in the Living Room.

Very nice breakfast. I would recommend booking in the restaurant for dinner, though thankfully they could squeeze us in, which was very appreciated. Pleasant staff, and very kid friendly!

Check in and check out process very slow. No lift to the third floor. It would have been nice to know about all the facilities for spa and children beforehand--we would have arrived earlier.

Diverse breakfast options. Lots of activities for kids including a daycare service.

Daycare could have been extended to Sunday. Swimming pool is quite restrictive for kids, as they start FKK in the afternoon already.

Good range of facilities in a small hotel. Hotel comprises of a series of adjoining buildings including self catered units as well as standard hotel rooms. Helpful staff.

we visited as a family. our kids had a blast with all the possible activities, pool, great food. also we had some time in the spa… simply perfect. it’s within walking distance to the lake… very friendly staff, comfortable rooms, good breakfast, we loved it. it was a wonderful stay.

Comfortable apartment. Locality was nice and we were able to travel most places on bus which was free. Restaurant was great for dinner too. Very good food.

Outside play area was a bit tired looking, gravel path was patchy in places. Breakfast was ok though expensive for what you got. Also no freezer box in the fridge so couldn’t freeze our iceblocks. it felt slightly overpriced as a resort.
