Reception staff very helpful and pleasant to both ourselves and our dog, the room was a very spacious and comfortable, particularly the bed which was a king size. The hotel restaurant was very busy with many locals using it which is always a good sign and the service well organised and efficient. Although we only stayed one night we would like to have stayed longer in hindsight and would have been very comfortable to use this as a base to explore the Lake Konstanz area, we found it very pretty and will return at some point in the future. Definitely a hotel I would recommend

Really struggling to find anything really, it is a short drive to the lake and we found the road signs confusing but that is nothing to do with the hotel

Very spacious and clean rooms, breakfast delicious and staff friendly. We liked dining in restaurant in the evening, food was good. There were TV and coffee machine in the room together with coffee capsules. Overall great for business stay.

The restaurant closed at 9 pm and since we arrived a little late to eat, it was quite soon that it closed.

I slept with the window slightly open, and fell asleep to the sound of the little river (the Aach) next to the hotel. The bed was so comfortable that I actually overslept. Luckily I still woke up early enough to enjoy the excellent breakfast buffett in the restaurant downstairs.

Very good stay with friendly staff, free parking spaces, breakfast buffet, sauna and a coffee machine in the room.

The bed could have been a bit more comfortable, but it wasn’t a major issue and didn’t detract from the overall experience.

The breakfast was delicious. It's a nice and cosy hotel with friendly staff. There is a large parking to park your car. In the evening you can dine at the restaurant.

The pillows were a bit too soft to sleep on. The bathroom & shower was a bit small.

room was big enough for two, nice view on courtyard and opposite building restaurant with very good food. Personnel did suggestions on what we could do as an inside activity in the area, as we arrived on a moment it was raining heavily for the whole afternoon

There was a big group at the same time who influenced the working of the restaurant. Busy for dinner. They had an early start in the morning. Breakfast wasn't added when we arrived.

Very clean. Well appointed room. Fridge and air conditioning would have been appreciated but there was a fan. Good restaurant with very helpful staff.

Very friendly staff, extremely comfortable, very comfy and well equipped room, ample parking, lovely evening meal on the terrace, generous breakfast.

Great hotel cycled around the lake, and this was the best hotel we stayed in, but definitely not the most expensive, would recommend this hotel, every thing was perfect, from the room to dinner and breakfast, just perfect.

No complaints, you couldn't ask for more.
