Very welcoming owners, bartenders - got to love Greek people! Pool area is VERY nice and that is where you get pool towels and a nice cold Mythos if you so desire. Breakfast buffet was good and the little spinach pastry's were outstanding! Yummy

We had a room (104?) which is located right next to the lobby/check in desk which we thought was a little strange. You can hear the bar area/ cocktails being shaken until around midnight - not really loud and didn't bother me much as I was still awake reading. It's a little bit of a walk up & down the hills to the cafes but we're walkers so, no problem for us - didn't know Agia Galini was so hilly. Cute city!

Breakfast was filling, selection included mainly from processed foods though.

There were coffee stains in our rooms wall, a shoe print on the wall (and a dead bug, someone smashed the bug with their shoe) and even a broken toe nail next to our bed. Which was quite nasty. We got the cleaning on the next day, but we did clean the room ourselves on the day we checked in because none from the staff couldn't fix the problem.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Sea view room was a little loud, since it was facing pool and restaurant/ bar were guest were having fun. At night it was quite and a lot of sounds from wild life, so cool, especially when you live in big city and have no experience like that at home. Roosters were screaming at 5 am. For me it was pleasant. Little too far on heal to walk to ( mostly from) the beach. And local beach is not so great anyway. We were driving to Matala.

Nothing could think about that would be hotel fault

Size of the room, the amenities, the overall feel of the hotel and staff were very welcoming and friendly. Beautiful views and a short walk away from the harbour and beach with restaurants and bars.

The hotel was right on the main road at the start of Agia Galini but thankfully you could not really hear the cars from our room on the 2nd. floor. We were not able to see a lift. Which is not a problem for us, but someone who is relying on it should check before booking. Breakfast was enough and had enough varieties for a short stay. For a longer period people might get bored of it. Quality of the items served were good except for the 'butter' which is a no go. It is a blend of Palm oil/water and a little bit of butter and tasted horrible.

Everything was great in general. They clean the room and change the towels every day. Staff is really helpful and welcoming. Not too far from the beach and the center when you take the shortcut. We really enjoyed our stay, and would gladly return.

Same breakfast every day. They should change at least one or two items every two days for example. Some parts of the room should be cleaned more thoroughly, especially under the bed.

Lovely hotel with great location (but bear in mind it is up a slight hill but that was not an issue for us!). Pool was amazing and the poolside bar had good selection and was very affordable. Our room was cleaned every day and had all the essentials- kettle, fridge, hairdryer, shampoo etc. The only thing it was missing was somewhere to hang beach towels up! The breakfast was a great selection and the staff were very attentive- constantly restocking etc. There are many great tavernas and bars within just 5 minutes and there is a bus stop which goes to Matala just 30 seconds walk. We would definitely return!

The hotel is in an excellent location within the town and provides amazing views from the room! The room itself was very spacious, comfortable and bright. Having AC was a huge positive as the room got very hot. Breakfast was very basic but nice (bread, cheese, ham, boiled eggs, some pastries). Staff were very friendly. Pool was a nice size with plenty of sun loungers. Would definitely stay here again!

Unfortunately there is no lift which made carrying luggage to the top floor tiring! Also the shower water was very cold in the mornings.

The hotel is very nice. The pool area, the breakfast was delicious, coffee as well in the bar. 5 minutes walking to the center of Agia Galini, full of restaurant and the port. The room is new, modern style, a nice balcony and a cat was always there to welcome us. Eva at the reception is great!! She is funny and knows how to treat customers. Very friendly. About the room. The room is modern, there is the fridge, TV, a very nice shower. It was big, comfortable with pool and sea view. We had a great stay!

Nothing. All perfect

Hotel is modern with a Pool with morning, noon and early afternoon sun. I had a 3rd floor seaview facing room with a balcony. The room had what you needed, toiletries, fridge, pool towels, kettle (unfortunately no tea/coffee in the room). You could pick up some items from the breakfast buffet area for your use in the room (plates, cutlery etc) outside the breakfast time too. The hotel is by the main road as you just enter Agia Galini. The street noise is heard to the room in the evening and takes a bit away from the otherwise nice view, but didn’t bother me. The pool is nice and lovely to sunbath, not many hotels offer pools in Galini for a similar room price incl. breakfast. Breakfast was continental but great! Boiled eggs, cheese, ham etc! Only thing for me maybe missing was fresh orange juice and not concentrated, but you can buy one. There is a bar by the pool for refreshments etc. The hotel is walking distance to the town and beach (5-10min walk), partially on the main road so watch out for traffic.

It’s unfortunate to say that the noise insulation is not the best, noice from outside (cars/mopeds). The other thing to mention was that in the afternoons and evening/night the sewage from the toilet starts to smell really bad,but with the balcony and bathroom doors/windows open during the day you don’t smell it. Otherwise the rooms are clean. The mattress is hard, or rather to say as the mattress top is quite thin I could feel all the springs going across the mattress on me.

We booked a room on booking only a few minutes before checking in, but the hosts was very kind and welcoming. We got a very large and clean room, with a nice balcony overseeing the sea. The bathroom is clean, spacious and has a necessities, you can wish for. It is however a big hotel, with a lot of long(er) staying tourists, so if you are searching for some Greek authentic stays, this is not your preferred choice. The beach is 12 min walk away, the city center around 8 min. Parking can be found in front of the hotel for free.
