The room was super clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning was quiet and efficient. The pools felt clean, and the entire area around them was very well maintained. I must say I slept and rested very well. It was quiet, and when the curtains were pulled, the room was pitch black. The highlight of the hotel is the amazing buffet for breakfast and dinner. The food was delicious, the desserts were incredible, and the cocktails at the bar were well-made as well. There were some traditional Greek food options, which was nice, and I was surprised to see a little vegan corner. They also offer lactose free deserts, etc. Everything felt super fresh. Everybody was very kind. I was very glad with my choice. I'm definitely coming back

Super designed hotel set in wonderful grounds of mature shrubs olive trees. Great relaxed vibe with countless places to sit and relax, love how they have built chill havens around the hotel that are quiet and private. We stayed in a junior suite with a private pool which was fabulous.

This is a great hotel for families and people travelling without kids but it lacks a good bar/social space for the evenings.

Great buffet breakfast and comfortable room with terrace and a nice sea view. The gardens and pools were immaculate and diverse. Many guests stayed around the hotel pools and gardens as it was nicer than the nearby beaches. Really helpful and friendly staff and a very good experience.

The rooms did not have very good insulation between them and although ours only shared one wall, we were twice woken by the adjacent occupants leaving their room very early in the morning.

Very nice place. We were at the hotel during September and it was very peaceful. We don't know how it is during July and August with all the kids. The grounds are fabulous. We'll kept. The room was very clean, larg, the bed was comfortable although it was 2 single combined. The resturant is very good. Breakfast and dinners were exalent. All the stuff were very nice and helpfull. We will be back to this hotel.

The one issue we encountered was the gym. The A/C disnd work and there were no fans.

What an amazing hotel! Staff were wonderful and were always on hand to help. Rooms were lovely and clean and the food was excellent.

Super clean, daily room service, private pool, quiet in may, bed was extremely soft, really nice pillows, beautiful view, really well kept garden, close location to the town (10 walking minutes) but secluded enough. We had a late check in and unfortunately the kitchen was closed but they were really thoughtful to provide a free dinner waiting for us which was really nice after a long flight!

The nights were really cold; AC wouldn’t work on heat, when we complained about it the staff said it has something to do with the season and “you have blankets in the room”, yes we did but the night trips to the bathroom were painful haha. Also for a 4 star hotel with such a cold floor it was strange that they didn’t provide house shoes, maybe thats just common in Switzerland but other than that it was a wonderful stay. I can imagine there being zero problems if you come when the weather is actually warm!

The hotel was clean and is in a beautiful location with beautiful views of the sea and the mountains. The food is very good and plentiful for a buffet restaurant. The staff was nice as well.

Best Greek food you will ever find in a 4 or 5star hotel. Even better than most Greek restaurants and I am greek
