What a wonderful place to stay at ,everything was just as in the pictures. The heat was amazing, water was just perfect, (always hot water) , laundry machine with dryer ,comfortable, clean ,and Georgia was an amazing person to see every morning. She went out of her way to make our stay even better. Location is just as what we wanted, getting up every morning and hearing the birds ,seeing the sun , having a coffee and enjoying life. We would definitely recommend it to anyone that likes to visit Peloponnesos.. even in the winter. It’s well equipped for winter stays. See you again soon

Nothing negative to say about it

The studio was fantastic: clean, new, spacious and quiet. High quality. The owner is a very helpful and kind person. Breakfast was great too: fresh products and a great variety. The studio is located in a quiet region very close the the beach and a good restaurant Κύμα by Kotsifas. A nice location for sunset dinners or a beach stay. Since the region is a bit remote, you really require a car here. We visited Olympia, Katakolo and did the Filoi trail (very demanding).

What an outstanding experience! This exceptional accommodation is a true gem, offering a serene atmosphere amidst lush green lawns and beautifully furnishied. The property's cleanliness and comfort, particularly the beds, exceeded expectations. Every essential amenity is thoughtfully provided. The host's proactive and charming approach added to the delight, and the 5-minute proximity to the beach was an added bonus.

Beautiful location. All you can hear is the ocean very close. Newly built 1 year ago I was told by the host Georgia. Really good breakfast with fresh squeezed orange juice. Many options hot and cold. Room was large and very nicely decorated. I’ve stayed at other places here over the years and this is definitely my favorite. I will stay here again.

The property is brand new, the aesthetics were impeccable, while a very good job has been done in water treatment and in being as friendly to the environment as possible.

Did not stay enough days to assess if anything could go wrong. During our brief stay, everything except the poor internet reception - which is a general problem of the area and not a responsibility of the owners - was great.

Everything was perfect! The rooms and the facilities are new, comfortable, with plenty of space! Pets were also allowed which was a key point for our stay! Mrs Georgia was very friendly and helpful, allowed us even for a late check-in the first day, and late checkout on the day we left!

Great room- very clean and well presented. Excellent welcome and staff friendliness. We received some fresh fruit upon arrival. We would not hesitate to stay here again - the rooms are very new and well thought out.

Beautifully and tastefully designed accommodation and they had facilities for our disabled son. The beds were super comfortable also. The host was incredibly accommodating and friendly.

The beach and streets were very dirty, full of garbage, did not distract from the hotel.
