We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel itself is very comfortable and despite the fact it probably needs updating just to maintain it's 5 star status, the rooms, public spaces and location were rely nice. We loved the direct beach access that merges with the large swimming pool. Breakfast was very good. To be excellent it may want to consider a live cooking station for eggs, omelettes etc. The orange juice was diabolical quality. Add freshly squeezed. Coffee choice was good. Staff were hit and miss. Special shout out to Athina, Anthi and George who welcomed us with a genuine smile and passion for his job. These 3 employees really stood out as extremely professional. The rest were at best doing their job with minimum effort and interest. Service for lunch from the restaurant was extremely slow to the point of being annoying even when quiet. The kitchen needs sorting. The decor is dated but this didn't bother us. Finally if you decide to book here we hope you have a great time and have the pleasure of meeting the exceptional staff Athina, Anthi and George.

Whilst it didn't bother us it's clear there are 3 tiers of employees here. Those who've been around probably since the hotel first opened and have an air of not being interested, the young trainees who need coaching and a few stars who stand out. PS the live music by the pool with electrical wires literally 1 metre away from the pool needs attention.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Plaza Resort Hotel in Greece. The location is right by the beach, which is absolutely beautiful and well-maintained. The water sports were a highlight for us; we could easily charge activities to our room and try out different fun options. The overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and I would recommend this property to others looking for a pleasant beach getaway.

While I enjoyed my stay overall, there were a couple of things that could be improved. First, I was a bit disappointed that the hotel didn’t offer any compensation for a day I had to miss it felt like a missed opportunity for better guest service. Another frustration was dealing with taxis. Getting one was almost impossible, and the waiting times were long, especially since other guests would often grab taxis before they even reached the official pickup area. This made getting around a bit stressful at times.

I was impressed with the staff on arrival of hotel. the reception was professional and friendly. The view of the beach and the position of the hotel was amazing. the room was clean and tidy. The pool was amazing and the lounges were very comfortable. Breakfast was very fresh and tasty and staff on duty at breakfast were very quick and accommodating. The overall look of the hotel was great and I would stay there again.

Two things that I was disappointed with was the bed in my room was supposed to be a double and instead I slept in a bed that was two single mattresses pushed together. The management did try to put a extra mattress topper but I actually paid for a double bed and I did not get that. Second issue was the pool staff (waiters). They were always on their mobiles and not very interested in serving the customers which in my opinion loses the hotel alot of money. they were all too busy socializing and messaging on phones.

The hotel is very nice. It has a good location and it’s easy to walk to the town centre and shops. We were offered a bit earlier check in. There is a big swimming pool. The hotel also has very beautiful beach with sun beds and umbrellas. Sea is amazing, super beautiful, water is super transparent. Beach towels are offered by the hotel. There is also a beach bar. Our room was clean and comfortable with street view but it’s calm and not noisy at all. We were offered complimentary plate with fruits, water was refilled on daily basis. Staff is polite, nice and helpful. Breakfast has good variety of food however we are not picky.

I would highlight only one thing: it was not clear where the shower on the beach was. There are two small shoot wash feet when leaving the beach. We didn’t ask assuming that it was it. However on the last day we found proper shower and toilet on the beach. Would be good to have sign in order not to confuse guests. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

We were in a room with a sea view. Great view of the entire bay. Very spacious room, large comfortable bed. Parking is free of charge, no reservation needed. Staff is excellent, very helpful. Loved breakfast at the terrace of the restaurant. The hotel receptionist even let us have a really late check out without additional charges. Beach is great, clean, water is perfect, not too deep nor shallow.

Only small things, but since Plaza Resort is a five star hotel, I must mention them. For example, no coffee machine in the room, iron on demand, Waitress at the beach really had trouble with memorizing orders and constantly made mistakes. Sometimes you have to order several times to get what you want. Towels should be of a better quality, bathrooms are a bit tired for this hotel ranking. Nothing significant, but should be addressed to in order to meet expectations of 5 star hotel.

The bar service was excellent both at the hotel and on the beach. This is a great beach hotel with easy access to the beach and is not crowded. The hotel is less than an hour's taxi ride from central Athens and the airport. I only spent a day in Athens, and this was ideal. The upgraded room with the sea view was well worth the money. We took full advantage of the balcony, enjoying the sound of the ocean in the mornings and hanging out late at night. In the evenings, we went down the road to the square, where there are many local restaurants along the beach offering great food and service.

We are enjoying our stay at this hotel. We wish we had stayed longer than 5 days. We plan to return next year. The rooms are spacious with a large patio overlooking the sea. The view from the balcony is stunning. The staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful. The service is top-notch. The food at the hotel's restaurants is delicious. The beach and pool area is clean and well-maintained. The hotel is cozy and comfortable. I highly recommend it!

Service was impeccable. Beach was very good. Very well kept. Cleanliness was perfect.

The constant noise from the adjoining beach bar which was inexcusable and constantly perturbing even on our terrace of room 307. We found it so unbearable that we would never return to the hotel unless we had an assurance that it would have been discontinued. The breakfast was unattractive. The area set up as a buffet was very crowded. Lighting was very poor in the bedroom, bathroom and dining areas. Couldn’t see what was on our plates.

A lovely overnight stay, a 30 minute taxi ride from the airport. The hotel organised the taxi for us and we paid the driver E45 - the going rate. We walked along the coast to the little harbour town to the right of the hotel (as you look at the hotel from the sea). We ate at a wonderful restaurant - XH.MA - not touristy, great food. The breakfast at the hotel was very good - lots of options, including gluten free and vegan. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The view from our room and balcony was excellent. The room is very large and the bed was comfortable. The welcome cocktail at check in and the bowl of fruit in our room - very nice touch. If you are passing through Athens as we were and want a break from the city, this is the place for you.

The town is small, some surf shops and lacks charm. The beach has a great view as did our room but it is rocky gravel. The ocean had trash in it. A gorgeous hotel but the ambience was lacking in the surroundings.
