The room, studio, had everything I needed for a week of work and visiting friends. The location was quiet, away from the busy boulevard, which was what I needed.

From the moment we landed till the moment we took off, Greece and and Greek people were an absolute delight. I was astonished by the hospitality and my family adored every moment in gorgeous Varkiza. You can walk by foot to Vougliameni beaches, its about 5km and worth to see. The hotel was a bargain for the location and for the size of the facilities. The beach is about 15 minutes by foot, closest shop/kiosk is about 10 min by foot, bakery and restaurants by the beach are around 15 min by foot. Bus stop, around 17 min by foot. There are 2 mini markets/shops so please check prices before you shop as one of them has astronomical prices and the second one that is facing the beach is alot more reasonable. You can also get Uber or a bus and go to Lidl, its about 10km away. Highly recommend the Grill House and Casa Victoria for food in Varkiza. Receptionists at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, explained everything that we needed to to know to get around. There were 6 of us in the apartment and it was plenty of space with a big balcony. Really clean and tidy.

Two things I wish I knew was that we could rent bicycles at the hotel (probably should of asked myself though) and I wish there were duvets instead of blankets or at least double blankets. Also a common washing machine would be fantastic, even if we had to pay extra to use it Other than that, it was really a bargain for so many people. Definitely will stay again x

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Apollonia Apartments Hotel. The location in Varkiza is excellent, allowing us to enjoy our vacation without crowds and high prices, and it’s conveniently close to beaches and attractions. The area also has great local restaurants and groceries. We always hire a car, and while parking in front of the hotel is limited, there is ample parking within walking distance. We appreciate the hotel's rustic atmosphere, balcony, and family-friendly amenities like privacy, a pool, an upper deck sunbathing area, and daily room service. Security is reliable; we felt safe leaving our laptops and cameras in the rooms. The friendly staff are incredibly helpful, assisting with car rentals, tours, cruises, and taxi services, and they inform you of the fares, which helps with budgeting costs. This was our second stay, and we plan to return.

The only commentI could make is the availability of parking is limited in front of the hotel. It’s on a first come first served basis. However there is plenty of parking available within walking distance.

Nice pool and a calm atmosphere. Staff always helpful. Good service and affordable prices in the bar at the pool. Clean everythere.

The two single beds in the apartment is hard as a stone. Impossible to sleep in, we used the sofa…. We missed the time and laughed at the siesta at 3.01 and got a hard reprimand, but that is of course the normal Greek way to express the rules and i understand that it is holy and needed with siesta.

We are a family with three children and two elderly parents, we booked two rooms for one night. Our flight was at night and we arrived at the hotel very late. Two keys to the rooms were waiting for us at the reception. The room has everything you need to make breakfast. The beds are good. The balcony is wonderful. There is a lot of parking on the street opposite the hotel. It is very easy to get from the airport.

Big size room to fit family of 4, bright with air conditioning. Plenty of beds and kitchen with all the basics. Big balcony with Mountain View’s and airplanes also! Bonus was the pool, min depth 1.80m but manageable.

Bed mattresses need an update, some wear and tear on doors, chairs, tables could have been repaired.

The place was very nice, just look like the pictures. The host is friendly and always rely our messages right away. Location is close by downtown area. We will definitely stay there again. There are few friendly cats in the back yard. Please buy some cat food from the supermarket and fed them, if you are cat lover.

No coffee or tea.

We had an apartment for 4 people, it was good and well decorated. Staff at the reception were so nice and it ia a 10 mins walk to the beach. The area is a bit more expensive than athens center but it was convenient

The AC is right above the single bed in the living room which made it a bit uncomfortable, and the beds were not very comfy.

A spacious unit consisting of a large bedroom, bathroom and open sitting area and kitchen and balcony. There is a small pool, bar and the social areas were pleasant. The staff were very helpful. We liked the location, It was approx a 10 minute walk to the seafront. The area was quiet at night.

The room decor was slightly tired and the main bed was really hard.

Amazing hotel! My husband and I are happy here and don't want to go home at all. A huge room, a living room and a bedroom, a bathtub with a bathtub, not with a shower, all appliances and a stove. The pool is small but beautiful! A stylish Greek hotel. Of course, we highly recommend it to everyone! The center of Athens can be reached in 25 minutes by bus 122. Thanks to the dear owners of the hotel!
