Location design restaurants

Housekeeping - they didn’t clean the room until 2 pm even though we left it at 10am with a cleaning sign. Concierge - They booked us a restaurant outside the hotel for 12 pm even though the restaurant opens at 1pm so I was confused and had to ask them - they said 12pm again and then when we left already heading to the restaurant they texted it opens at 1pm - so we had to wait 1 hour next to the restaurant. Mini bar was not refilled. They always put a duvet with the horned side on the top - so when you sleep you feel the filling coming out

The Astir Palace is a superb Hotel. It is situated in a super location and is tranquil and beautiful. The rooms are excellent and quiet. The breakfast is quite amazing and the staff who we met were really wonderful and helpful. The service at this Hotel is second to none. The Main pool is excellent and warm enough to just walk into which is great. Overall a superb stay.

I wouldn’t go to this hotel during a weekend again. It is open to outside guests. We sat down to eat a late lunch on a Sunday in the Mexican restaurant which is right next to the main pool. There were children running around with no supervision being very loud and boisterous as the parents were ignoring their offspring. This made sitting in the restaurant on the Sunday quite difficult. It was a rowdy atmosphere. Also, the pool area was similarly affected by the children and we overheard other guests who were upset and commenting to staff that it was disruptive and noisy. This is not acceptable for this type of hotel. We did not feel comfortable and had to move to a quieter area away from the pool. We have not experienced this weekend format in any other similar luxury hotel.

Beautiful property grounds, area of Vouliagmeni is wonderful and the beach front of the property is very nice

Housekeeping services should be better and the rooms are not exactly Four Seasons Standard.

our stay was so amazing that we actually canceled our flight and extended our trip just to spend more time at the four seasons. from the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional, and I have to give a special mention to Elena and Eugenios from the staff. They were truly outstanding and always going above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. Their professionalism and genuine kindness elevated my entire experience. This is the kind of place that sets a new standard for luxury stays. Impeccable service, top-notch dining, amazing beach and a team that truly cares about their guests—I can’t wait to return.

absolutely nothing

This is one of if not the best hotel I’ve stayed in! What makes it truly amazing are the facilities, you feel like you’re in your own little village in the middle of the nature when you’re actually 30min away from Athens city centre (should you wish to visit the acropolis and other historical sites). The view never gets boring and the staff were always very nice and helpful!

While there are many restaurants on site and diverse cuisine options, we were not blown away by the quality of the food but the location and views from the restaurants were still worth it.

Absolutely beautiful! Super comfy beds and lots of cuisines to chose from.

The staff were often really slow or forgetful, this was frustrating at times.

I stayed at the hotel in February and had a fantastic time! Since it was off-season, I couldn’t do any outdoor water activities, but my room was super comfy and well-maintained. The best part was the incredible staff, especially Inaya at the front desk. Everyone was so friendly and really went out of their way to help. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home. I definitely recommend this hotel for a nice getaway!

It’s a bit far from the Athens city center, but nearby areas like Glyfada were amazing to explore. Thanks for the memorable experience!

The breakfast was delicious, the room was beautiful and the staff did their maximum to give us a great first-time experience with Four Season.

The spa, I complained that when we decided to go to the spa there were families with children shouting and jumping into the water, parents talking loudly on the phone, so we left as soon as possible the spa! I got an answer from the spa manager who did everything to change our feeling and understood our frustration. She gave us fantastic compensation and was so a kind and lovely person that we completely forgot our complaint, you have a wonderful person who is responsible for the spa!

Great location, excellent staff couldn’t have been more perfect other than check in which was a little disappointing.

Accidentally booked two rooms, missed due to the inordinate amount of emails you receive especially when your booking numerous hotels and despite the hotel being mad busy, uncompromising, quoting t&c’s in cancelling one. Then presumably upgrading our room as compensation then saying it wasn’t available after waiting for it.
