Friendly, comfortable and cozy family hotel. Excellent breakfast and good, spacious gym.

Rooms rather cramped - especially since we opted for the executive room- and pillows not very comfortable . I would have expected better pricing given the low season and distance from the city centre.

We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed longer. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. On the day we arrived there was a taxi strike on in Athens so I called the hotel and they immediately arranged for a car to come and get us. Thank you to Afroditi for sorting this. The minute we entered the hotel we could tell that it was going to be a wonderful stay. All of the staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had a delicious lunch next to the swimming pool. The pool area is stunning. If you are thinking about staying here, don’t hesitate. It is a beautiful hotel and we can’t wait to go back.

A really minor point that there was not much room in our bedroom between the end of the bed & the desk but the room overall was very comfortable with a lovely view to the sea & over the pool.

This property is so pretty and the smell of jasmine at night is exquisite. The pool area and the cabanas are fantastic respite from the searing heat in Athens and the area of Vouliagmeni is so quiet and peaceful! The staff go above and beyond to assist at all times and Konstantinos at reception has a very lovely singing voice! All the staff are incredibly friendly and never appear jaded or frustrated by some of the more demanding guests I saw by the pool! The staff always remained consistent with their smiles and wonderfully fun banter, I cannot recommend this wonderful hotel enough

Boutique Hotel THE Margi was fantastic. Excellent food, outstanding service, and elegant design throughout the hotel, especially the pool area with its bar and restaurant. An excellent wine selection. Beautiful spa. They even arranged a private pediatric service for us during the night – thank you! The hotel meets world-class standards both for families and for a romantic getaway. Just a 3-minute walk away is a stunning seaside lounge with a restaurant. MARGI THANKS!

We love The Margi, we feel at home here, always lovely and the staff( especially Konstantinos at reception) are just lovely and very personable.

I truely wish that some Greek cuisine was offered on the menu as when you arrive in Greece it is nice to have a choice to eat some Greek food not just western style food. It would be brilliant if there were keftedes or dolmades or even some Greek dips ( tarama or tzatziki) offered on the pool/room service and lunch menus. Also it would be great if the chef could learn to soft boil an egg, I tried for three days to get one and in the end gave up 😳

The Margi is a beautiful family owned hotel with excellent and friendly service. The decor is so stylish, as is the clientele. We stayed for one night on our way back from the islands before our flight home and and it was an oasis! We had a fantastic lunch by the pool. The scene at the pool is so chic and yet welcoming and the service is excellent and friendly. Our room was spacious. The Korres bath products were lovely. And breakfast was absolutely fantastic! A buffet of everything you could want in addition to a menu. We had a lovely stay.

We really loved the hotel. Our room layout was a little odd but it was spacious and comfortable with a lovely terrace.

All the staff were excellent and helpful. The hotel is situated a little way from the centre but it was easy and safe to walk to restaurants, beaches and the lake. Breakfast was excellent and you can either choose to have this outside by the pool or inside. We spent a few hours by the pool as the days were warmer than we expected and we appreciated being given cold water. The pool temperature was fresh but it was October! We also enjoyed a drink at the bar in the evening. The spa and well equipped gym were good.

Our experience at The Margi was simply the best overall hotel stay that we have enjoyed in all our travels. The hotel clearly has a culture of service that was both incredibly friendly and flawless. Reception and front of house service was very warm; breakfast food and service perfect; the pool is a delight and incredibly relaxed not spoilt by any 'flash and brash' behaviour/consumption from guests, diners or staff; everyone was relaxed and happy. The hotels public areas are not only styled well they smell great with the Margi candles; room size, the amenities, and the views from our room are great. As well as enjoying the hotel pool and dining, during our 3 day stay we also walked and ate locally and enjoyed several hours at beach and at the Lake.

The Margi has a beautiful feel and vibe. I loved everything about it. The breakfast is great, the pool area is lovely. It's nice to have a drink at sunset at the pool as well.

The only major downside to the hotel is that the rooms are way too small. Uncomfortably small. It is a room for 1 person max, not 2 people for sure. The food also takes too long to be served after you order at the restaurant.
