The hotel is modern and our room was very spacious with a large balcony, the location is decent if you are interested to be walking distance (15-20min) from lake vouliagmeni or the nearby beaches Staff are very nice and helpful and made a very pleasant stay. Having a place to shower and change after the beach on the day of check out was great.

The room was stuffy, and while it had large balcony and a mini-corridor I would have rather had room to sit aside from at the desk or on the balcony. Breakfast was minimal for 4 star. Sadly there was constructions going on which woke us up early in the morning and made sitting outside for breakfast extremely noisy - the hotel could have warned us about this before arrival and allow cancelation or could have offered a small compensation.

We had a lovely stay at the Athenian Riviera Hotel & Suites. The location is fantastic – just a short walk to the beach and local restaurants, making it ideal for a relaxed getaway. Our double room was perfect for two, with a comfortable bed and a nice balcony where we could unwind in the evenings. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a great variety to start the day. What really stood out, though, was the wonderfully helpful staff – nothing was too much trouble, and they made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

We loved the location. Just 5min stroll to the beach and a 25min taxi ride to the city, set in one of the most affluent suburbs of Athens. Made you feel very safe. We had a family room, and even though we travelled with 2 teenagers the rooms were huge. It was more like a 2 bedroom suite with a massive wrap around balcony over-looking the pool and patio area. Breakfast was great. Lots to choose from, and the staff couldn't do enough to help.

Nothing - just a shame to come home

Great cosy little hotel, with friendly staff, both at reception and restaurant/bar. The food at the restaurant is amazing, eapecially on the menu, breakfast was average, a little small, lacks variety. Small pool area and extremly cold water even on two days where the outside temp was 36-7 degrees. When not crowded it can be a nice place to relax.

Our room was no.11 ground floor. While the room was great and had 2x outside areas, so was quite spacious, the bathroom was terrible. It seems to be desinged for disabled people (We were a family of 3, with a 3 yr okd child so not sure whybthis one was allocated to us), hence when having a shower the water essentially floods the whole bathroom and is then slippery, requiring mutiple towels to soak it up. No vanity of any kind in the bathroom, old and stained shower curtains, really lets the whole room down.

Proximity to the beach was a walk of 10 minutes. Walk to the lake was 20 mins. Great choice of restaurants within walking distance. Large, spacious room with gorgeous patio.

When I booked my reservation, I was only able to book a 2 bdm suite. My husband and I only needed one room. Probably on me for not asking at time of check in, but would have liked to be advised there was a one bedroom (less expensive option) when it was clear there were only two of us on arrival. Nevertheless, nice property. Quiet, comfortable bed.

We loved everything of this hotel. The staff was great since the reservation, helping us in all our requests (massages, transfers, tour). The breakfast is really a good breakfast, well presented and with a lot of good choices. The chefs in the kitchen helped me always for my gluten allergy. I was really happy. The bar was a nice surprise. The rooms are clean and with every comfort. The position of the hotel is perfect for the Sea, the Vouliagmeni lake and also to visit during the day the center of Athens. We thank you again. The hotel is highly recommended.

What stood out for us was the staff! Very attentive, helpful and friendly. They would heat up milk for our baby every morning, when we asked for one extra coat hanger, they brought us 5 etc. The hotel is in a good location, there’s some construction next door which obviously isn’t the hotels fault. Rooms were clean, balcony not so much but is of course hard to keep clean as it’s outside.

Seems pricy for what it is, granted Vouliagmeni is an expensive area. One wouldn’t expect to have to pay extra for a cappuccino at breakfast.

Very nice room, with nice interior and a huge balcony which had outdoors furniture and options to hang up your wet towels and clothes outside. Bathroom was also really big. I really liked that there was a bathrobe and slippers in the room. Staff was super friendly and helpful! Extra plus that you could borrow beach towels at the reception.

Breakfast could've been better, I really didn't like that you had to pay extra to get a cappuccino at breakfast, I have never experienced that before in any hotel I've visited. Also there could've been more fruits/fruitsalad. The room was a bit dusty.

The facilities for people with late flights. Never had better, the whole basement is set up to accommodate guests for late flights. Ironing/dressing room, a room with 2 dressing tables, great for drying hair and putting on make up and shower room. Left the hotel after sunbathing round the pool and boiling hot feeling totally refreshed. Staff were excellent and super helpful.

Swimming pool was very cold and not hotels fault but building working going on across the road, but won’t be there for ever.

Good location, breakfast excellent, nice pool, welcoming personnel, room exceeded expectations... Very nice overall. Good price for room mini-bar items. Design of rooms very good. Recomended for stay! Really!

A bit outdated bathroom equipment, bathroom doors looks like a bit dirty (may be from cleaning detergents). But nothing important. Very good overall!
