My lovely wife and I recently stayed at Not Hotel in Athens, and we were blown away by the experience. Every single detail of the hotel felt so authentic, giving it a unique charm that you don't find often. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always there with a warm smile and ready to assist with anything we needed. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Our suite was absolutely wonderful – cozy, elegant, and just perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Athens. We had a balcony that overlooked the pool, providing a serene and picturesque view that we loved. The authenticity of the hotel is evident in every aspect: the stone and wood used throughout, the well-thought-out amenities, the structure of the buildings, the charming windows, the stylish refrigerators, and the comfortable beds. It's not only an ordinary hotel; it's something unique. During our stay, we and other guests we didn’t know felt like one big family, which added a warm and welcoming touch to the experience. The food at Not Hotel was another highlight. Every meal was a delightful journey through authentic local flavors, making our stay even more memorable. Additionally, the hotel is located in a safe area and is within walking distance (15 minutes) of many key attractions, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. We stayed at the hotel for three days, and it was perfect! The location is about a 30-minute walk from the city center, in a lively neighborhood near an old gas station that has been transformed into a vibrant urban complex. The hotel itself is housed in a beautifully repurposed industrial building. There is a well-maintained garden and a pool, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are stylishly designed, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and the coffee corner is well-equipped with local herbal tea and a Nespresso machine. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful! Highly recommended!

This hotel is one of the more unique experiences we have ever had , Everything from the breakfast offering with Greek platters placed on your table the second you arrive to the Big Green Egg BBQ in the courtyard with is fired up every day as to be ready to serve you a steak as you like it. The rooms are very spacious and one of the reasons we also picked it . The in room toiletries are bespoke and great quality. Location wise, the metro is 200 meters away and you can be in the center city within 10 minutes of leaving the hotel and that metro goes straight to the airport too

To be fair , everything is excellent but the full automation of every thing on you phone app takes a little getting used to

+ - Located in a commercial, nightclub and residential neighborhood with a metro station in 2 minutes reach, you can explore a lot on foot. There are several very good restaurants, tavernas and a supermarket within a 10-minute walk. - Thoughtful design; comfortable, large bed; large bathroom. - Very good breakfast with a standard platter that does not vary and three selectable options (egg dishes, Greek yoghurt). - - Not super quiet: sometimes you can hear other hotel guests in the courtyard and concerts or events due to the event locations in the neighborhood - From opening the room door to controlling the AC and raising and lowering the blinds, everything is controlled by app.

NOT Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The property is charming and characterful. It's set in a 200-year old-building with clever modern touches, making it extremely unique. Our room was HUGE: over 500 sq.ft. with its own living room. A rarity in Europe. The pool is gorgeous and so is the courtyard garden. The staff is genuine, friendly, attentive and very, very helpful. That made a huge difference to us and in my opinion, the best part of our stay. Well done, team! I highly recommend this place to people looking for a hotel that feels like your own slice of peace and quiet in bustling Athens. It's still close enough to the centre to go on urban adventures.

I think the use of an app to open your door and control light settings could have been avoided, because what's wrong with old fashioned keys and switches? :)

It was a magical experience, from the minute we arrived they made us feel at home. We got room number 14 which was very beautiful and big honestly compared to other hotels. I want to state one thing clearly, i have been to many hotels globally but this one in particular had something unique about it and the love and passion everyone has and the good taste to design those minute details is a hard job. Hats off to the owners and to the most amazing staff. A shout out to helena and aggelica the two chefs are great human beings and u can taste it with love they cook for you and prepare such tasty food made with fresh ingredients and a lot of locally sourced produce. Aggelica took care of us the first day and we had mentioned it was our honeymoon so they went an extra mile to mke our stay the best one! Nico also was very helpful and i had a great conversation with him on the last day and i felt like they all are friends that i have known for ages. Lastly kyriakos i hope i spelt your name correctly, thanks again for your politeness and patience. I heard all your stories and took a lot of inspiration and felt the bond you all share and hopefully i come visit next year and stay at NOT again. Its a boutique hotel with just 21 rooms but the attention to detail is impeccable. Check them out and try the amazing food they serve, the pies the lovely breakfast and also they offer this collab with the clumsies with the cocktails and really have an extensive menu with local drinks and beers. We stayed at this hotel for five days while attending a trade fair in Athens, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel feels like a small oasis in the middle of the city—beautifully designed and very relaxing. The staff went above and beyond in every aspect, from breakfast service to handling our luggage and making sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were spotless, modern, and full of thoughtful details. One unique touch we really appreciated was the projector instead of a traditional TV—such a cool feature! The location is also quite good, not too far from the main attractions. Overall, we had a very positive experience, and we sincerely thank the staff for their effort and hospitality!

The only minor drawback was that the hotel doesn’t have its own parking, but given the location and the city, that’s understandable. Also, while the breakfast was excellent, it was a bit repetitive each day. However, these were small issues compared to the overall great experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hotel’s atmosphere and the amazing staff!

An absolutely gorgeous location with a simply beautiful garden. It felt like a little haven out of the bustling city centre.The rooms beautifully decorated and the beds incredibly comfortable. The staff were affable and welcoming and the food was reasonably priced and very tasty. We would definitely return. If you can, tip in cash when you check out as the staff at the reception desk said if you add it as a percentage to your bill, it goes to the owner rather than to them. You do need to be explicit if you have an allergy. I told the reception desk, management and kitchen staff in advance that I have a severe nut allergy but was given a breakfast platter each morning with various types of nuts. I did point this out on the first day, but it didn’t make any difference.

Not hotel is an oasis of gorgeousness.....when you arrive the world slips away outside and you enter a cocoon ....it really is fantastic. We have stayed in some great hotels and this ranks up there with the best. The owner is very involved and the staff so caring and kind. They have very old olive trees in the courtyard and wonderful plants so you feel like you have stepped into a dream land. Great breakfast (again unique and out of the ordinary) On the night we arrived they did a roof top bbq complimentary with fantastic acropolis views. We had an upstairs suite which was massive. The beds are sublime. The decor is eclectic/retro/industrial - we totally loved everything about it.

The location is an up and coming area - we felt safe there and near a good metro. You can walk to the acropolis also in about 30 minutes. So not really a negative just a bit out of the way.

The hotel is a little oasis in the very center of Athens. The room was really great, spacious, with great attention to every detail. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room very quite. The hotel is really beautiful both in the day and night. all pictures are very accurately depicting the actual hotel. The location is ideal, as you have access to the whole Gazi area, but also other important locations are in walking distance. The breakfast was excellent and included a lot of high quality local specialties. The personnel were all very polite and helpful, addressing our every request.

There is really absolutely nothing negative to write about the hotel.
