Very nice house, well thought through, modern but full of atmosphere. Well situated near to metro station. Very good restaurants and bars nearby, some of them very well indicated in the thorough information booklet in the apartment. Supermarket just on the other side of the street. My husband loved the trains passing every 10 minutes. Benaki Museum for clothes and folklore just around the corner.

...trains passing could be considered a minus if you're not a train fan.

We had a really lovely stay at Little Taste of Home. It’s clean, cosy, and really does feel like a home away from home. The shared kitchen and washing machine were so handy for a longer trip. The location was perfect — just a 5-minute walk to Kerameikos Metro Station, 2 minutes to a supermarket, and surrounded by lots of great restaurants and cafes. The train track runs nearby, which gave the place a unique charm without disturbing us at all. Communication was excellent and the self check-in made everything smooth and easy. A perfect little base for exploring Athens!

No body soap/wash provided but had shampoo.

The location of the place 5 min walk to metro(Kerameikos). You can easily go to city center. Only one station. away.There is a direct train to the metro station(Kerameikos) from airport . Be careful there is a restaurant with the same name. Don't confuse! There is a big market opposite the place. Room was clean and spacious but not very new.There are kitchen that you can use coffee machine, iron,oven, washing machine etc.. You can cook your own food. Mr. Ahmad was very helpful. There is a shared balcony with the next room.

There is a railway close to home and the noise come to the room but not very high. The area quite silent compere to city center.

The proximity to the Kerameikos metro station, with direct link to the airport on the same line. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the area, a 15-minute walk to the access area for the Acropolis and Athens agora. Very safe area to walk at late hours in the night, bars and restaurants open until later hours in the night and very early in the morning ( as early as 7 am), friendly neighbourhood, quiet, easy to unwind and relax.

The shower head had a very strange way of distributing water, only at its center, which made it difficult to get a proper wash as the water pressure was quite high. Other than that, nothing to complain about.

As soon as we entered the house, we were met with an inviting aura and a view reminiscent of older times of Greek history, and yet we were welcomed by a perfectly tempered room, with all the necessary facilities of a modern home. But beyond being amazed by the perfectly chosen furnishings and decorative pieces that helped create such an incredible vintage vibe, our stay was nothing short of extraordinary! The house was clean, there was uninterrupted Wi-Fi connection, a TV in the room with Netflix, a kitchen with all the necessary utensils for a night-in, and hot water always available for a relaxing shower. We were a bit late checking out of the room, and still the owners were very understanding. I couldn't recommend this place more!

Comfy beds, there is air-conditioner as well, the property is clean and well maintained, and really gives one a "taste of home", because it feels more homely and less like a hotel. Kitchen has all sorts of amenities and utensils, I personally found the electric kettle and teas useful. Location is superb, close to all the main sights of the city, and very close to Kerameikos metro station. There is a balcony and rooftop as well. Rooftop especially is quite nice and well decorated. Host Ahmad can be easily contacted on phone / WhatsApp and is always willing to help. Very hospitable man.

My recommendation would be to install an exhaust fan in the toilet, it's not a big deal, the air clears on it's own soon, but with exhaust fan it would be even better. Also would be nice if they install a keyhole blocker at the door of the room. Again, it's every small and one can easily cover it with something, but this will enhance the experience.

Very easy to reach from the metro station. Calm, quite and safe area. Restaurants and services (pharmacy) are easy to reach around the metro station and so close to your accommodation. It is also not the most touristic area, with the benefits that this brings. The metro is super convenient to move around. The room was big.

Keep in mind that during the day there is noise from the passing train. For us not a big issue.

Great location, 20 minute walk to city centre and main attractions. Supermarket and restaurants at your doorstep. Very clean and spacious room. Easy check in. Enjoyed the shared kitchen and courtyard, normally had the space to ourselves but enjoyed meeting the other guests (only two rooms altogether). Nice change from a hotel environment. Wonderful, friendly staff who are doing a great job. Great stay overall!

All good but maybe a larger rubbish bin in the rooms would be useful for guests who stay for longer.

This self-catering room was quite exceptional- the house is in a slightly scruffy-looking street but inside it is really beautifully decorated, spacious, everything spotless, nice kitchen facilities too and a little courtyard. Close to the metro station in an interesting quarter of town.

Nothing I didn't like, but two small suggestions- the little bathroom window is difficult to reach for a shorter person so perhaps privide a folding stool. And the directions in the booklet to the restaurant the host runs need updating to the new location- I found it though and the food and atmosphere are very nice too.

Gorgeous house full of character and such spacious, bright rooms. Perfect location on a quiet street (regional train line) just steps from bars, restaurants, metro station, and technopolis, where I was lucky to catch the Athens Jazz Festival. The managers are are incredibly hospitable, helpful, and readily available, as well as the cleaning staff. They helped store my luggage for a few days too. Easy self check-in. Stocked shared kitchen with laundry (!!), beautiful garden, etc, all great! Overall felt very safe and secure, comfortable, relaxed, and pampered.

Really hard to say anything negative about this place! Was very happy with it.
