The location of the apartment is in a quiet area, around 20 min on foot to Monistraki square. A nearby bus stop called Lais is not far which can take you to the centre. WIFI worked well, the apartment had two bathrooms which was really nice. The living room was also spacious and comfortable. The AC worked really good. We liked the decor of the apartment. The bedroom was small, the beds were okay. The lady that welcomed us was very helpful and nice. Also the communication with the host was very good. Also the luggage storage and pickup was easy.

There was no lift to carry the luggage, but it was bearable. The lady there helped us with carrying them upstairs.

We booked Keramos for a three-day stay in Athens while transiting to another city in Greece. The apartment we stayed in was fantastic. It was decorated in an older Athenian style, simple yet stylish, and had all the amenities needed for an independent stay. It was spacious with separate living areas, allowing you to chill or work without feeling constrained, just like a home. The staff that welcomed us at the door was friendly and accommodating. The neighbourhood is central and vibrant; there are taverns and bars everywhere around, and in 20 minutes, one can walk to Monastiraki.

The neighbourhood's 'up-and-coming' and 'rough around the edges' urban vibe might not be everyone's cup of tea, but nothing else comes to mind.

The flat is just perfect! Great location: bars, restaurants, groceries and more just around the corner and the next metro (2 stops away from Syntagma) in 5 mins walking distance. Spotless clean, bigger than expected (than on the pictures), has everything you need. Very comfortable beds, soft towels, enough clothes hangers. Heating works perfectly (as it was quite cold outside), always enough hot water. And the 2 small but sweet balconies with patio/garden view were very welcomed! Would definitely come back to Keramos!!

The location was great since it was in a quiet neighbourhood and yet within walking distance of the shopping areas. There were also restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, a bakery and a couple of metro stations nearby. The apartment itself had full kitchen equipment and even a washing machine/dryer.

The bed mattress was too soft and sagged in the middle. There was only one single armchair which was low and uncomfortable.

The management made everything easy. Access was without a hitch. They helped with booking a taxi to the airport. The room was clean and re-stocked and serviced when we requested. The accommodations are clean, spacious, stylish, relaxing. The apartments are exceptional; the studio, comfortable and not a real compromise. The area continues to improve with great restaurants and a dynamic social/cultural atmosphere. At first appearance, with graffiti and adhoc narrow, ramshackle sidewalks, it seems a bit rough. However, we felt safe. Business owners are conscientious and it is an area where good friends seem to meet for lively dinners and conversation. The metro is five minutes away. It's spotless--puts SF BART and MUNI to shame. The center is one stop away.

Wonderful spacious appartment in a pleasant and calm area just outside the city center. Having a kitchen to store and prepare small foods was perfect for our stay and two seperate bathrooms were a total luxury. We were hesitant about the digital key but it worked out smoothly every time. The staff was friendly, experienced and ready to help anytime. Metro stations closeby were very convenient, yet everything is in walking distance. Plus great restaurants and a supermarket in close proximity.

I travel a lot around Europe and this is one of my favourite places to stay. Very cool neighborhood to experience a more authentic Athens but still very well connected with the main attractions. Bars and traditional tavernas are all around, but the street is very quiet. Beautiful neoclassical building with great rooms decor and attention to the details. Staff is always available but never invasive. I couldn't think of a better place to stay in this wonderful city.

Such a hassle-free stay. We were sent instructions on how to check in well in advance. It was easy to follow, had to install an app and it worked perfectly. The room was spacious, very well designed, and had everything we needed. They also had printed guides which was very helpful to first time visitors in Athens.

Water pressure in the shower was not very strong, even though it was for the faucets. The floor in the bathroom also easily gets wet because the divide between the shower and the rest of the bathroom is not enough.

The appartment is in perfect state, everything is very well finished and well thought, very clean and well placed. Surprisingly very quiet (the window isolation is of very good quality). I rarely give 10, but considering the quality price ratio, it’s a 10. Note : entry is done via an app, you need to to get the information before by message/mail. For non tech people; the owner told me that there is also a classical access card option.

The room is stylish, spacious, comfortable, clean. The area has a variety of restaurants, theaters, cafes. There is a supermarket just around the corner. The metro is a seven-minute walk away and most attractions are within 1-3 stops. The unit has a washing machine.

During a five-night stay, not once did anyone step in for a minute to change towels or empty trash. We did not need an entire room service but trash service and fresh towels would have been great. A decent knife to prep dinner would be helpful.
