For people who stated the lack of communication with the apartment manager (especially on Google), if you are booking an accommodation that works more like an Airbnb, you have to make sure you contact the property owner after your booking is complete and before your arrival to make sure you have all the instructions ready. This is a general rule for this kind of accommodation. Maria was very helpful with everything. I arrived 5 hours earlier than the actual check-in time. The apartment was not ready yet, rightfully. But I was very tired and needed to relax and put my luggage somewhere. She let me check in much earlier and I can not even describe how much I needed it after a long journey. You don't get this everywhere. The location is very central. The whole neighborhood and the street are full of nice cafés, restaurants, and shops. I really enjoy walking, so most places were within walking distance. It was like 15-20 minutes away on foot to Omonoia Square but it was still safe to stay here. Parthenon was 20 minutes away and the top of Philopappos Hill was 25 minutes to go up.

The apartment was quite dark since it is in the basement. But I spent most of time outside, so it was not a very big factor.

Due to the weather our ferry arrived really late, but our host was very helpful in sending us all the information we needed for checking in and making sure everything works. Bed was comfortable and the studio was spacious enough for two. It had a kitchen and fridge. Warm and cold water was in the bathroom. Location was very good - all the food spots nearby had good prices, and it was only 10 minutes by foot to the ancient agora area (and 20 to the Acropolis) where you will find everything touristic.

Wi-Fi could be better. Only two of the wall plugs worked, but the host had kindly left us an adapter with multiple plugs. There were also some draining issues with the shower but everything else worked fine.

It is a wonderful small flat. Truly wonderful. I found it hard to find but the directions are correct. I just didn't know what door at the corner on Google maps..... But yes it's set back and put in code and all sorted. If available I reckon I'd wanna stay here every trip to Athens. Also no changes for airport. Runs direct to it.

It was comfortable and affordable and that's what I needed. It was close to the metro so it was easy to get around. It was a nice neighborhood.

I barely fit in the shower but not a problem if you're small.

Good location for accessing central Athens and not noisy at all. Very clean, nice secluded patio area. Fairly easy / safe walk to the nearest metro station.

Contacting the owner to access the apartment was more difficult than it should be and she was a bit "funny" when we tried to get the lock code. Maybe she was just being careful... but it was a bit odd. The local area looked dodgy with lots of graffiti (normal for Athens?) & sex shops... but there was no issue and we felt safe.

Location was within walking distance to major sites, convenience store, atm, etc. Great restaurant/cafe across the street. Apartment was comfortable, clean. A bit more than I needed, travelling alone, but at a fair price.

The apartment is excellent - comfy bed, nice little kitchen area and in a very nice location. We had a small problem getting in to the lock box for the keys but the host was very responsive on the phone and we were in in no time! A short walk from the Acropolis, lots of excellent restaurants and historic sites. Really excellent find.

The street is a little on the seedy side, but that's appearances only. When we stayed, it was quiet, comfortable and felt safe enough!

it’s near all the supermarket and restaurant. also is quite near from the center . the landlord is very good person. any question I can ask her. she is always available.

Very close to metro and bus station and also at walking distance with Acropolis.

The bed can be replaced as it makes a lot of noise and may be add a microwave in the kitchen. everything else was very good.
